Super organizzati e soprattutto hanno un amore e una pazienza smisurata, nonostante la mia lola sia ingestibile. Quando siamo arrivati a tarda sera in urgenza, perché lei stava molto male ,praticamente agli sgoccioli, siamo state accolte tempestivamente. Dopo averla stabilizzata l hanno portata in sala operatoria . Onestamente non pensavo che l intervento sarebbe andato a buon fine. Sono state ore interminabili... Ma me l hanno fatta uscire viva! In questi 7 giorni ,la mia cana è stata curata e seguita con professionalità ed amore.mi scuso se sono stata delle volte scorbutica, invadente ,tartassante ma in 25 anni che allevo cani un incubo del genere non l avevo mai vissuto.Sono un allevatrice che ama profondamente i suoi cani e mai avrei potuto pensare di perdere una mia cana di 12 anni per colpa di un ebete. Grazie ancora!grazie allo staff medico,agli infermieri e a tutti! When we arrived late in the evening in urgency, because she was very ill, practically winding down, we were greeted promptly. After stabilizing her, they took her to the operating room. I honestly didn't think the surgery would be successful. It's been endless hours ... But they let me out alive! In these 7 days, my dog has been cared for and followed with professionalism and love. I apologize if I have been sometimes grumpy, intrusive, harassing but in 25 years that I have raised dogs I had never experienced such a nightmare. who deeply loves his dogs and I could never have thought of losing my 12 year old dog to a stupid person. I dottori sono giovani e preparatissimi e si dedicano agli animaletti malati con amore e dedizione. Certo, il conto alla fine è stato salato ma, d'altra parte, le analisi si pagano e le prestazioni professionali pure. Devo dire che mi hanno fatto lo sconto perché ho portato io il gatto donatore per la trasfusione. My experience in this clinic is very positive, I brought my kitten dying from acute anemia and they saved her. The doctors are young and highly trained and dedicate themselves to sick pets with love and dedication. Of course, in the end the bill was high but, on the other hand, the analyzes are paid for and the professional services as well. I must say that they gave me the discount because I brought the donor cat for the transfusion.
F	Francesca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se c'erano 6 stelle o 10 le mettevo tutte. Che dire! Hanno salvato il mio cucciolo che rischiava la vita x un'infezione alla prostata e addome. Ancora ricoverato ma fuori pericolo. Un ambiente speciale, sano e pieno d'amore verso i pelosi. Sembra di stare a casa. Uno staff fantastico, tutti dottori giovani, professionalmente molto preparati, gentili e disponibili. Molto umani anche con noi padroni, ci confortano e assistono. Io poi vivo fuori Terni quindi mi da tranquillità sapere che il mio cane è seguito H24 e ogni giorno non manca una telefonata da parte loro x aggiornarmi sulle condizioni del mio amore. Spero non serva a nessuno ma sappiate che la competenza, l'umanità e l'amore x i 4 zampe è qui. Grazie a tutti di cuore, davvero. If there were 6 or 10 stars, I put them all. What to say! They saved my life-threatening puppy from a prostate and abdomen infection. Still hospitalized but out of danger. A special environment, healthy and full of love for the furry. It feels like home. A fantastic staff, all young doctors, very professionally trained, kind and helpful. Very human even with us masters, they comfort and assist us. I then live outside Terni so it gives me peace of mind knowing that my dog is followed 24 hours a day and every day there is a phone call from them to update me on the conditions of my love. I hope it is of no use to anyone but know that the competence, humanity and love for the 4-legged is here. Thank you all from the heart, really.
