★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il mio gatto ormai malato da anni a causa di cistite e insufficienza renale, quest'anno nell'ultimo giorno della sua vita l'ho portato di emergenza presso questa clinica essendo vicino al mio luogo di lavoro inoltre essendo mi accorta che il mio povero gatto era già giunto alla fine ho preferito non lasciarlo da solo a casa a morire... Nemmeno in 3 minuti sono giunta all'ambulatorio ho aspettato soltanto 5 minuti e subito aprendo il trasportino il povero micio era morto ...i due veterinari hanno fatto il possibile per rianimarlo ma non c'è stato niente da fare, ho subito chiesto quanto avrei dovuto pagarli e la risposta della dottoressa è stata io non prendo soldi per un animale arrivato morto all'ambulatorio, dalla sua faccia si denotava dispiacere. La dottoressa è il suo assistente sono stati validissimi ed umani tornerò presto come cliente per i miei restanti animali
My cat has been ill for years due to cystitis and kidney failure, this year on the last day of his life I took him to this clinic as an emergency because he is close to my workplace and I also realized that my poor cat he had already reached the end I preferred not to leave him alone at home to die ... Not even in 3 minutes I arrived at the clinic I only waited 5 minutes and immediately opening the carrier the poor cat was dead ... the two vets did everything possible to revive him but there was nothing to do, I immediately asked how much I would have to pay them and the doctor's answer was I don't take money for an animal that arrived dead at the clinic, his face showed regret. The doctor and her assistant were very valid and human I will be back soon as a customer for my remaining animals
