Ho fissato appuntamento e gli orari sono stati rispettati, sono stati veloci ma non frettolosi ed il taglio era come lo avevo richiesto. Ottimo per chi é di passaggio Polite and trained staff. I made an appointment and the times were respected, they were fast but not hasty and the cut was as I had requested. Great for those passing through

Chiamo due giorni prima per fissare l'appuntamento, volevo fare una tinta, specifico che ho i capelli neri e devo fare una tinta rossa completa! Entro dico cosa devo fare e non fanno altro che borbottare, la ragazza che mi ha fissato l'appuntamento alle 15 dice che io non ho specificato cosa volevo fare!!!! E che ci vogliono 6 ore per la tinta, se tu fissi una tinta da 6 ore e il negozio chiude alle 20 apprescindere non ce la fai! Cambiate personale sopratutto la bionda e la giovane maleducate e poco professionali Kind only to the welcome, terrible experience I could not bear even one more minute in there. I call two days before to fix the appointment, I wanted to do a dye, I specify that I have black hair and I have to do a full red dye! Calcolate di aggiungere al prezzo del servizio chiesto altri soldi perché altrimenti, se non chiedete nulla di particolare, ti fanno passare le pene dell inferno trattandoti malissimo i capelli. Purtroppo non sono tutte così, ma la maggiore parte delle lavoranti, se non riesce a venderti gocce di prodotti di pessima qualità, la cui componente principale è il silicone, a prezzi assurdi, ti tratta malissimo. Sconsigliatissimo. Salvo Anastasia, molto competente che si limita a proporre, ma cmq c’è raramente lavorando in un altro salone. Bad experience. La stylist ha capito subito le mie esigenze e mi ha consigliato il taglio giusto per me. Ho inoltre acquistato dei prodotti di bellezza per capelli di ottima qualità e di cui sono contentissima.
