Ho notato che i fori di uscita del suono erano diversi da quelli originali, ho chiesto di farmelo cambiare e la ragazza mi ha detto che doveva andare in pausa pranzo e non poteva stare lì altri 5 minuti per cambiarmeli.
Unhelpful staff.
I noticed that the sound out holes were different from the original ones, I asked to have it changed and the girl told me she had to go on lunch break and couldn't stay there another 5 minutes to change them.
