It will be crowded and busy. So don’t expect to feel the magic atmosphere in Juliet’s House. However you won’t be disappointed, here you’ll find the characteristic Shakespearean balcony and her sculpture counterpart. It’s not easy to reach the balcony and personally if the queue is too long I don’t consider it worth the time.

Free entry is just what this place is worth. I mean, this is a cute balcony, but it's just a regular balcony. Of course, it looks romantic when you think that Juliet was there talking to her Romeo, but do I need to say that they are not real so they weren't there? I had a good time and the staff was nice. This place didn't have a lot of people, so I managed to take pictures without a crowd. It was during the day, 2-3pm.

Visited in March..very quiet..no queues! Good value too at 7€ to enter the house and also see Juliet's tomb. An iconic place to see...a must do!

I personally think the museum is overrated. It's better to just walk into the courtyard and look at the statue and balcony. We had to wait at least 15 minutes to enter the museum, while people who had tickets just walked in. Although it wasn't clear where you could buy the tickets online anyway. Once inside there is actually not much to even see. It's mostly empty rooms.

It is must visit place if you come to Verona. I used to read a lot during my childhood and my favourite book is Romeo and Juliet and I feel like I again become that child who is curious about Romeo and Juliet’s love story. Yes there is tradition to touch the breast of statue of Juliet

A must visit location for any Shakespearean literature enthusiasts. Great pictures can be taken of this historic site. Its a very romantic place in Verona, thousands of lovers have etched their names in the nearby covered wall. Can be very busy, it's a full on tourist location. Highly recommended.

When we visited the museum that is attached was closed. We didn’t mind because we heard it might not be worth a visit. The area itself is generally busy but is a nice little place to stop by and take a picture. If you don’t do the museum it doesn’t take too much time so I think it is worth a stop on most itineraries.

We traveled via train to Verona and had to stop by Juliet’s house. Due to COVID, you must show your green pass or vaccination card at the entrance. There is no fee to go in to the courtyard but there is a fee to see the museum. I thought it was cool but not worth going into the museum. Just personal preference! It’s definitely touristy but if you’re in Verona, you may as well stop by!
