I learned to ski with the teachers of this school and now my daughter is doing the same. The teachers are all prepared, kind and super available.

Avevo esigenza di iscrivere mia figlia una settimana per imparare a sciare e avendo lei 4 anni la mia preoccupazione era che fosse seguita il meglio possibile e quindi non in gruppi numerosi di bambini. Mi è stato detto che le possibilità erano di iscriverla in un gruppo da 10 bambini o pagando ovviamente di più in uno da 4 bambini, essendo di mio interesse la seconda opportunità, ho confermato il corso. Una volta arrivato in hotel il giorno prima, mi viene detto che il gruppo da 4 hanno deciso di non farlo partire e quindi sarebbe andata in quello da 10 con ovviamente bambini di diverse età, in alternativa si potevano fare lezioni private a 45€/h. Infastidito per il cambio di accordi all'ultimo momento ho comunque considerato le lezioni private chiedendo uno sconto dal listino vista la situazione e il numero delle ore in considerazione (18), ma non mi è stato offerto un euro di sconto. La cosa mi ha dato molto fastidio in quanto mi sono organizzato con mesi di anticipo per non avere sorprese ed ho dovuto mettermi a chiamare le diverse scuole per trovare una soluzione alternativa il pomeriggio stesso. A mio parere questa è poca serietà, perlomeno avrei preferito essere avvisato in anticipo o avere una proposta alternativa di riguardo essendo un loro problema organizzativo ed in difetto sugli accordi presi. Ovviamente ho mandato mia figlia in un'altra scuola quindi non ho idea di come sia il servizio. I made contact months before, being the school suggested by the hotel where I stayed. I needed to enroll my daughter a week to learn to ski and being 4 years old my concern was that it was followed as well as possible and therefore not in large groups of children. I was told that the possibilities were to enroll her in a group of 10 children or obviously paying more in one for 4 children, being of interest to me the second chance, I confirmed the course. Once I arrived at the hotel the day before, I am told that the group of 4 decided not to let him leave and therefore she would go to the group of 10 with obviously children of different ages, alternatively private lessons could be done at 45 € / h . Annoyed at the last minute change of agreements, I still considered the private lessons asking for a discount from the price list given the situation and the number of hours in consideration (18), but I was not offered a euro discount. This bothered me as I organized months in advance to avoid surprises and I had to call the different schools to find an alternative solution the same afternoon. In my opinion this is not very serious, at least I would have preferred to have been advised in advance or to have an alternative proposal regarding it being their organizational problem and failing in the agreements made. Obviously I sent my daughter to another school so I have no idea what the service is like.
R	Rocco Ferrari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Più che una scuola, una famiglia!" Ero già stato allievo di questa struttura e del mitico Ferdinando quando ero solo un bambino e muovevo i primi passi sugli sci. Quest'anno sono tornato ormai cresciuto e ho potuto sperimentare tutta la preparazione e professionalità di questa struttura con altri occhi, imparando ad andare sullo snowboard grazie agli insegnamenti di un ottimo maestro, Gianluca, che si è rivelato un vero e proprio amico oltre che un ottimo istruttore, rendendo la vacanza e l'apprendimento estremamente piacevoli. Non posso quindi che consigliare questa scuola di sci e snowboard a tutti coloro che vogliono imparare o migliorare in questi sport, tra l'altro ho avuto modo di vederli all'opera con i bambini e sono straordinari! "More than a school, a family!" I had already been a student of this structure and of the legendary Ferdinando when I was just a child and took my first steps on skis. This year I came back grown up and I was able to experience all the preparation and professionalism of this structure with other eyes, learning to snowboard thanks to the teachings of an excellent teacher, Gianluca, who turned out to be a real friend as well as a great instructor, making vacation and learning extremely enjoyable. So I can only recommend this ski and snowboard school to all those who want to learn or improve in these sports, among other things I got to see them at work with children and they are extraordinary!

Essendo la prima esperienza con gli sci, non possiamo che essere molto grati al maestro, che con la sua bravura, disponibilità, dolcezza e dote con i bambini gli ha insegnato i primi passi per sciare. Grazie di cuore da parte della Chloè e dei suoi genitori a tutto il personale ed un grazie speciale a Verner. Very welcoming, helpful and friendly staff from the reception to the masters. We had booked private lessons for our 3 year old daughter. Being the first experience on skis, we can only be very grateful to the teacher, who with his skill, availability, sweetness and talent with children taught him the first steps to ski. Many thanks from Chloè and her parents to all the staff and a special thanks to Verner.
