★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, pessima la persona allo sportello stamane a cui consiglio di cambiare lavoro, un corso di italiano e infine uno psicologo per poter gestire l’irritabilità.
 Bad experience, bad person at the counter this morning to whom I recommend to change jobs, an Italian course and finally a psychologist to be able to manage irritability.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata in posta, dopo avere preso un apposito appuntamento, avuto dopo 1 settimana, allo sportello dedicato alla Cessione del Credito, dopo telefonate inutili. All'appuntamento ho chiesto x la cessione del credito e le sommarie informazioni che mi sono state date le leggevo anche sul sito. Ho compreso che nel caso io dovessi richiedere la cessione alle poste sarei lasciata sola a me stesso. Tutto solo on Line senza NESSUN SUPPORTO.
I went to the post office, after making a special appointment, after 1 week, at the counter dedicated to the Credit Transfer, after useless phone calls. At the appointment I asked for the transfer of credit and the summary information that was given to me was also read on the site. I understood that if I had to request the transfer to the post office I would be left alone to myself. All only online without ANY SUPPORT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È inammissibile che lo sportello esterno sia quasi sempre inutilizzabile. E per prelevare uno si debba fare 22km fino a Seriate.
It is inadmissible that the external door is almost always unusable. And to pick one up you have to do 22km up to Seriate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima. Chiesta chiusura conto il 28/2/22, restituito tutto, provvedono loro ad inviare richiesta di chiusura con raccomandata interna e smarriscono la raccomandata, questo quanto riportato da addetto allo sportello!!! Morale i miei soldi bloccati da due mesi e mezzo !!!!!! Denuncio?
