L	Laura Marconi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UNA STELLA perchè lo zero non è previsto! in data 10/04/20 trovo nella cassetta della posta un foglio per il ritiro della raccomandata, faccio presente che i vicini hanno visto inserire il foglio senza neanche suonare il campanello per avvisare. Aspettavo un pacco per Pasqua, ho fatto 12 chiamate senza risposta alla filiale per chiedere motivo del mancato avviso per citofono, sarei andata io a ritirarlo... alla fine, in tempo di covid 19 ho dovuto uscire, fare la fila, parlare con "uno" che si è presentato come responsabile dicendo che col nuovo decreto è prassi lasciare solo l'avviso (obbligando cosi le persone ad uscire di casa, contrariamente all'altro Decreto che limita le uscite!) Morale, leggendo il decreto il portalettere DEVE avvisare citofonando e, una volta riconosciuto il destinatario firmare direttamente lui e consegnare la raccomandata. Praticamente quello che si è presentato come direttore NON E' NEANCHE A CONOSCENZA DELLE MODALITA' DI CONSEGNA DELLA CORRISPONDENZA RACCOMANDATA. COMPLIMENTONIIIIIIIIIII!!!!! BRAVI!!!!!!! 10 e lode!!!!! A STAR because zero is not expected! on 10/04/20 I find in the mailbox a sheet for the withdrawal of the registered letter, I point out that the neighbors have seen insert the sheet without even ringing the bell to notify. I was waiting for a package for Easter, I made 12 unanswered calls to the branch to ask for the reason for the missed intercom notification, I would have gone to collect it ... in the end, in time of covid 19 I had to go out, queue, talk to " one "who presented himself as responsible saying that with the new decree it is customary to leave only the notice (thus forcing people to leave the house, contrary to the other decree that limits exits!) Moral, reading the decree the postman MUST notify the intercom and, once the recipient is recognized, sign him directly and deliver the registered letter. Practically what presented himself as director IS NOT EVEN KNOWLEDGE OF THE DELIVERY METHODS OF THE RECOMMENDED CORRESPONDENCE. COMPLIMENTONIIIIIIIIIII !!!!! WELL DONE !!!!!!! 10 and praise!!!!!

Scortesia, svogliatezza e tontità massima.. Mai più! Se tutti gli uffici fossero così....vi sconsiglio fortemente il signore magro con i capelli bianchi.. Da matti! Frightening!!! It seems that there are sociopaths at work (with all due respect to them!) .. They don't even know what they do! Unkindness, listlessness and maximum dullness .. Never again! If all offices were like this .... I strongly advise against the thin gentleman with white hair .. Crazy!

Maleducati sempre con un problema bisognerebbe controllare vergogna vergogna I am ashamed of an inability without limits, they speak quietly at the counters of their business leaving users to wait shamefully state paid by us unable not always prepared with an excuse to do nothing but the director is there ??? S	Silvia Sala on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peggiore ufficio postale della città, personale allo sportello svogliato, spesso maleducato che preferisce chiacchierare con il collega piuttosto che svolgere il proprio lavoro. Consiglio di fare un po' più di strada, ma di servirsi della filiale di piazza Vittoria. Worst post office in town, listless, often rude counter staff who prefer to chat with colleague rather than do their job. I recommend going a little further, but using the branch in Piazza Vittoria.
G	Gianluigi Bombatomica on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imbarazzante. Non ho senso utilizzare gli sportelli per le operazioni più lunghe e corpose dei correntisti lasciando in coda il resto della popolazione. Per non parlare dei ticket prenotati in anticipo che però poi sul posto non possono essere gestiti per blocco del terminale. Embarrassing. It makes no sense to use the branches for longer and more substantial transactions by account holders, leaving the rest of the population in line. Not to mention tickets booked in advance which, however, cannot be managed on site due to terminal blocking.
S	Samara Pricope on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non so come descrivere il nervoso che ti fanno venire al sportellò. Ti viene di ritornare a casa e spaccare tutti piatti. Devo mandare una raccomandata internazionale assicurata a Hong Kong. Appena vado mi dicono che il pacco non va bene che servono dei sigilli apposta (mai sentito prima però vabbè’, magari i sigilli del periodo medievale), a quale io rispondo che mi sembra assurdo, che ho ancora spedito nel mondo e nessuna persona ha chiesto i sigilli. Poi la signora del sportellò sparisce nel suo covo facendo un’assemblea con impiegati delle poste per chiedere se possiamo spedirla. Ritorna dopo 5 minuti dicendomi che non si può a Hong Kong perché booooh, non si può! Quindi 40 minuti di fila, per arrivare a dirmi che non si puoi mandare. Io, scettica cerco su internet, sul sito delle poste e guarda caso che si può spedire proprio ASSICURATA INTERNAZIONALE anche a Hong Honk. A questo punto, io tornerò a casa, e vi farò un bel reclamo perché è impossibile che fatte lavorare persone che non sanno nulla del loro lavoro. Anche io domani divento un medico, ma appena mi mandano una persona in sala operatoria la manderò via perché non so operare. Di cosa stiamo parlando?
