★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Concorrenziale alle strutture pubbliche per tempi di attesa e per il prezzo di alcuni esami. Però la cortesia e la gentilezza del personale devono essere alla base, soprattutto nelle professioni medico sanitarie. Qui, parte dello staff, si è dimostrato privo di tali accortezze.
Competitive to public facilities for waiting times and for the price of some exams. But the courtesy and kindness of the staff must be at the base, especially in the medical health professions. Here, part of the staff proved to be devoid of such precautions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsiglio in pieno avevo una visita urgente da far fare a mia mamma e li avevano disponibilità ,peccato che per 2 volte il giorno prima della visita ci hanno chiamato dalla struttura per spostarla l appuntamento di 10 gg ora ho disdetto mi sono stancara devo dare ragione alle voci che giravano sul fatto che fanno spesso così intanto si prendono il cliente e poi devi aspettare come in altre strutture sicuramente con più competenza!!!! E poi sono stra maleducati !!!
I do not recommend in full I had an urgent visit to do to my mother and they had availability, too bad that for 2 times the day before the visit they called us from the structure to move it the appointment of 10 days now I have canceled I am tired I have to give reason to rumors that turned to the fact that they often do so in the meantime they take the customer and then you have to wait like in other structures certainly with more competence !!!! And then they are very rude !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsiglio in tempi di covid, l’utilizzo di detta struttura in quanto non c’è entrata e uscita separate, tutte le persone costrette ad aspettare nel corridoio lungo e stretto senza ricambio d’aria. C’è solo una persona alla reception che esegue tutte le varie funzioni senza nessuna separazione tra Covid e Non Covid, la cui gentilezza lascia desiderare. Per fortuna c’è il medico che esegue i tamponi gentile e professionale.
I do not recommend in times of covid, the use of this structure as there is no separate entrance and exit, all people forced to wait in the long and narrow corridor without air change. There is only one person at the reception who performs all the various functions without any separation between Covid and Non Covid, whose kindness leaves much to be desired. Fortunately, there is the doctor who performs the swabs, kind and professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho effettuato RM privatamente lo scorso mese di agosto. Ho fatto accettazione in via Treportina e dopo il pagamento mi viene detto che per l'esame devo recarmi in altra sede. Ho detto "per fortuna sono in anticipo" perché non conoscendo Ca'Savio avevo bisogno di tempo per orientarmi. Mi dicono "faccia pure con comodo, tanto la macchina si è bloccata" (!?) Raggiungo questo luogo angusto privo di dispenser per sanificare le mani.... e non voglio aggiungere altri particolari. Inizio l'esame con un'ora di ritardo. Durante la verifica la macchina si blocca per alcuni interminabili minuti, in una stanza peraltro freddissima. Chiedo se potevano darmi qualche cosa per coprirmi, ma non avevano nulla. Solitamente ci sono a disposizione dei teli di cotone. Finalmente vengo liberata! Qualche giorno dopo, in altra struttura, mi sottopongo a visita ortopedica, durante la quale il medico mi chiede il DISCHETTO della RM. Quando lo inserisce nel pc, non solo RISULTA ILLEGGIBILE , ma gli manda anche in tilt l'apparecchio!!!

I did RM privately last August. I accepted in via Treportina and after payment I am told that I have to go to another location for the exam. I said "luckily I'm early" because not knowing Ca'Savio I needed time to orient myself. They tell me "take your time, the machine is blocked" (!?) I reach this narrow place without a dispenser to sanitize my hands .... and I don't want to add any more details. I start the exam one hour late. During the check the machine freezes for a few interminable minutes, in a very cold room. I ask if they could give me something to cover me, but they had nothing. There are usually cotton sheets available. I am finally released! A few days later, in another facility, I undergo an orthopedic examination, during which the doctor asks me for the MRI DISK. When he inserts it in the PC, not only IT IS UNREADABLE, but it also sends the device into a tailspin !!!
Really .... there are no more words !!!
