pessima esperienza , vado per sostituire l'altoparlante di un Iphone 7 e dopo la sostituzione mi ritrovo con il telefono ancora guasto dicendomi che non dipende da loro ma devo sostituire il display . altamente sconsigliato
bad experience, I go to replace the speaker of an Iphone 7 and after the replacement I find myself with the phone still broken telling me that it does not depend on them but I have to replace the display. highly discouraged

Decisi di venire da loro per un cambio batteria ormai il mio s7 edge aveva 3 anni e a malapena facevo la mezza giornata con una carica, riguardo il lavoro parto con il dire che in una mezz'ora ho trovato il cellulare pronto, la qualità del lavoro quasi perfetta, scrivo così perché se guardo in uno dei bordi del Cell è possibile notare delle mancanze di colore del vetro nei punti dove sarà stato infilato l'attrezzo per sollevare il vetro, vorrei precisare che in passato questo cellulare è stato in un centro assistenza per la garanzia quindi già aperto e non só se questo influisce sulla durabilità del (chiamiamolo colore) vetro, per il resto direi che altri centri ottimi come questo a Siracusa non c'è ne siano, a distanza di 1mese scrivo con lo stesso cellulare e la batteria non mi ha dato nessun problema.
I decided to come to them for a battery change now my s7 edge was 3 years old and I was barely half a day with a charge, about the job I start by saying that in half an hour I found the cell phone ready, the quality of the work almost perfect, I write this because if I look at one of the edges of the Cell it is possible to notice some lack of color of the glass in the points where the tool to lift the glass has been inserted, I would like to specify that in the past this cellphone has been in a service center for the guarantee therefore already open and I don't know if this affects the durability of (let's call it color) glass, for the rest I would say that other excellent centers like this in Syracuse are not there, after 1 month I write with the same mobile phone and the battery didn't give me any problems.

Il mio telefono funzionava perfettamente prima di andare con loro, l'ho portato solo per cambiare il display e me lo hanno dato senza volume e dicendo che aveva bisogno di una nuova batteria (sono usciti mostrandomi una batteria gonfia che ora ho il dubio che sia mia)... credo l'abbiano fatto male il volume apposta...non voglio tornare perché ho paura che ora lo distruggano da qualcos'altro
My phone worked perfectly before I went with them, I just took it to change the display and they gave it to me with no volume and saying it needed a new battery (they came out showing me a swollen battery which I now doubt it is mia) ... I think the volume was wrong on purpose ... I don't want to go back because I'm afraid that now they will destroy it by something else

Pessima esperienza. Mentre aspettavo il mio turno il cliente prima di me si lamentava del pessimo lavoro fatto (e già dovevo capire tutto ed andare via!), lascio il mio telefono con piccoli problemi di carica e mi viene restituito peggio di prima e con nuovi difetti. Mi viene promessa un'altra riparazione senza costi aggiuntivi, passo dal negozio un paio di volte per avere notizie ma dopo 2 mesi aspetto ancora di essere contattato. Probabilmente usano pezzi usati o rigenerati e comunque mal funzionanti (oppure Gianluca, il riparatore, non sa dove mettere mani). Non parliamo della scortesia della ragazza che sta li (Federica) che senza alzare gli occhi dal suo telefono non saluta e a momenti ti sfancula quando chiedi spiegazioni sul loro lavoro fatto male. Mai rispettati gli orari di apertura esposti (usano la scusa di non trovare parcheggio, caspita ti organizzi meglio hai pure una bicicletta messa li!). Sconsiglio vivamente, rivolgetevi a VERI professionisti.
Bad experience. While I was waiting for my turn the customer before me was complaining about the bad job done (and I already had to understand everything and go away!), I leave my phone with small charging problems and it is returned to me worse than before and with new defects. I am promised another repair at no extra cost, I pass the shop a couple of times for news but after 2 months I still wait to be contacted. Probably they use used or regenerated parts and in any case malfunctioning (or Gianluca, the repairman, does not know where to put his hands). We are not talking about the rudeness of the girl who is there (Federica) who, without looking up from her phone, does not say hello and at moments fancies you when you ask for explanations about their bad work. Never respected the opening hours shown (they use the excuse of not finding a parking space, wow you organize yourself better you even have a bicycle put there!). I strongly advise against, contact REAL professionals.

Tell the guy over the phone I need a very simple task: Apply a heat gun to this section at this temperature. I already had the motherboard removed from the phone. I ask the guy if he has a heatgun. Yes, just stop on by. Walk 20-30 minutes across town for him to wipe his dirty fingers all over the internal camera lens and then go "Sorry, we can't work on LG phones". I guess heat guns have really started getting advanced since they don't work across phone manufacturers.

They didn't have the battery for my phone but offered me to order it. This battery was never coming the day they were saying it would, so ended up going to this shop 4 times. When they finally had it, they made me leave the phone there to replace it. No papers, no receipt, nothing that justifies what battery is now placed inside the phone but anyway you pay for an original one. Pointing this out to the owner, he told me to leave and not to come back. Obviously, after i had already payed for it. I don't think is a way to talk to customers. Probably the worst service I've ever seen in my entire life. And huge lack of profesionality. They dont even repair phones or change batteries themselves.
