Sono andato in altro negozio Tim e mi è stato fatto quello che da questi non si poteva fare

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In questo centro Tim sono stata accolta da una signora dalle maniere brusche che non mi ha dato le informazioni che cercavo lasciandomi senza parole per i modi. Bruttissima esperienza. Tutto risolto poi al centro Tim di Corso Gelone in pochi minuti graze ad una ragazza giovane e decisamente più disponibile.
In this Tim center I was greeted by a brusque lady who did not give me the information I was looking for leaving me speechless for the ways. Very bad experience. All resolved then in the Tim center of Corso Gelone in a few minutes thanks to a young and much more helpful girl.

La signora Maria ha trovato sempre soluzioni e soprattutto con mio padre è stata super gentile (in altri posti, essendo molto anziano, lo avevano liquidato con molta superficialità e scortesia): ha trovato un telefono giusto per lui , tasti grandi e suoneria forte ed ha sistemato il suo piano tariffario che era devastato da abbonamenti non richiesti e tariffe sbagliate.
Per noi questo negozio è un dato stabile per la telefonia
I have been to this tim spot several times, both for my business and for my family.
Ms. Maria has always found solutions and especially with my father she was super kind (in other places, being very old, they had dismissed him with a lot of superficiality and rudeness): she found a right phone for him, big keys and loud ringtone and he fixed his rate plan which was ravaged by unsolicited subscriptions and wrong rates.
For us this shop is a stable datum for telephony

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi è capitato di recarmi in diverse occasioni e per diversi motivi presso questo centro Tim, devo dire di aver trovato una bella accoglienza e professionalità, sono stata accolta da Ferdinando che ha sempre risolto ogni mio problema. Sono ritornata qualche giorno fa per acquistare un cellulare, ho ricevuto degli ottimi consigli, di cui ho preso atto.
Ritornerò presto per stipulare un contratto per la linea di casa.
I happened to go on several occasions and for different reasons at this Tim center, I must say I found a nice welcome and professionalism, I was welcomed by Ferdinando who has always solved all my problems. I went back a few days ago to buy a cell phone, I received some great advice, which I took note of.
I'll be back soon to sign a home line contract.
