L'asporto, preparato sapientemente, consente di gustare anche a casa delle pietanze fuori dal comune.
Il pane, a dir poco speciale, a doppia lievitazione è talmente buono che anche il giorno seguente sembra appena sfornato.
Consiglio di provare la sera i pizzoli, specie quello al pesce spada (applausi) o quello ai gamberoni (una delizia).
An out of the ordinary cuisine, quality and convenience combined with infinite courtesy and friendliness make this place a must for those who want to taste specialties of Syracusan cuisine on the fly.
The take-away, expertly prepared, allows you to enjoy out of the ordinary dishes even at home.
The bread, special to say the least, with double leavening is so good that even the following day it seems fresh from the oven.
I recommend trying the pizzoli in the evening, especially the swordfish one (applause) or the prawns one (a delight).

Hoewel het een plek is waar je je maaltijd kiest en meeneemt waren er toch een aantal zitplaatsen. We hebben heerlijk gegeten van wat er nog was. Vriendelijk personeel en vriendelijke prijzen voor typisch Siciliaans eten.
After a long search for an authentic place for a warm lunch, we ended up here by chance. Although it is a place where you choose your meal and take with you, there were still a number of seats. We ate delicious food from what was still there. Friendly staff and friendly prices for typical Sicilian food.
