I just carried out a repair to a vacuum cleaner hose .... since less than a day has passed since the aforementioned I cannot express how long it will last but I found lower prices than other service centers and excellent courtesy of the staff.

Dopo una settimana il vapore non funziona. Riporto alla IREP; la loro risposta é che il ferro funziona, pertanto alcun intervento viene effettuato. Una volta a casa il ferro è nuovamente fuori uso e ne devo acquistare uno nuovo. La garanzia 12 mesi sulla riparazione dov'è finita? Not recommended for bad assistance. I have repaired an iron: the thermo-valve is a copromessa and it is replaced (€ 56). After a week the steam does not work. Report to IREP; their answer is that the iron works, therefore no intervention is carried out. Once at home the iron is out of order again and I have to buy a new one. The 12 month warranty on the repair where did it go?

Ho portato un ventilatore a riparare e hanno voluto 10 euro di cauzione (mai successo in alcun negozio!) dicendo che me la avrebbero restituita se non ci fosse stata riparazione. La riparazione non c'è stata , il ventilatore ora è malfermo, i soldi non me li hanno restituiti. NON MI VEDRANNO MAI PIÙ , inoltre riferiró tutto a chi mi ha consigliato di andare lì. Bocciatissimi! Il ferro era in garanzia e lo hanno ritirato velocissimamente, senza nessun problema. Riconsegnato in appena 5 giorni. Il ferro funziona perfettamente! Metto 5 stelle anche per la cordialità del personale! Super satisfied! I brought my Singer steam generator iron to them as they are an authorized center by the parent company. The iron was under warranty and they collected it very quickly, without any problem. Delivered in just 5 days. The iron works perfectly! I also put 5 stars for the friendliness of the staff!

Quindi non vedo la scorrettezza! Ho portato una macchina del caffè specificando di voler avere un preventivo per decidere se procedere o meno con la riparazione. Mi viene garantito che avrei ricevuto il preventivo su WhatsApp e lascio 20 euro di cauzione. Risultato: dopo una settimana ricevo effettivamente il messaggio ma che mi invitava direttamente a recarmi nel negozio per ritirare la macchina riparata. Chiaramente il preventivo richiesto era una mia invenzione: prendere o lasciare! L'arroganza e la cafonagine della titolare dimostrata nella discussione che ne è nata in seguito ve la risparmio. Sarebbe bastata una parola gentile per risolvere la situazione in fondo non si parlava di una somma esorbitante. Deluso da tanta poca professionalità Unrivaled rudeness and unfairness.
