Veramente soddisfatta di tutto. La consiglieri ad amici e parenti. Tengo a precisare che sono anni che conosco il rivenditore ma questa volta … Ho espresso il problema tramite telefono e dopo che 2 tecnici sono usciti x vd ció che dovevano fare, mi hanno sostituito un pz che … io che nn sono competente in materia visto che svolto tuttaltro lavoro avevo detto che nn era la causa del mio problema. Pagato e sostituito, mi hanno detto di provare ad usare la stufa ma il problema si è verificato ancora. Sono al freddo PRECISO ?ho richiamato e udite bene :: i tecnici x il momento nn sono autorizzati a intervenire in merito visto che nn hanno fatto il corso di aggiornamento…… MA STIAMO SCHERZANDO !!! Cosa mi mandate a fare persone che VOI sapete nn possono intervenire !!! E poi … 5 giorni di attesa per avere il rimborso del pezzo che mi hanno sostituito Mi dispiace ma stà volta siete caduti in basso ?‍♀️ Problema risolto con tecnici autorizzati che hanno capito dove metterci le mani SOLO dopo 5 minuti !!!!!!
