Spedizioni gratuite anche nel più piccolo paesino sperduto di pochi abitanti ma in Italia, ma per la Sicilia con circa 5 milioni di abitanti e per Palermo con circa 1 milione di abitanti la spedizione si paga, e non importa se fai un ordine di un barbecue Napoleon con accessori di quasi 700euro, si pagherebbe anche per cifre superiori. Sono gli unici a far pagare le spedizioni per la Sicilia, per Palermo. Umiliante. Meno male che ci sono altre grosse realtà e-commerce che agli stessi prezzi valutano con maggior attenzione questi dettagli che poi fanno la differenza... Avrei dato 5 stelle seppur i prezzi siano più alti della Media (gli stessi modelli di bbq si trovano ad altri negozi a prezzi inferiori) ma ne di tre perché uno dei commessi ha fatto una battuta infelice e sgarbata alla coppia accanto a me alla cassa. Gli ha dato dei poveracci facendo un commento sulla condizione economica. Well stocked shop. I would have given 5 stars even if the prices are higher than Average (the same bbq models are found in other shops at lower prices) but three because one of the clerks made an unhappy and rude joke to the couple next to me at the checkout. He gave him some poor people making a comment on the economic condition.

Dopo 2 mesi di utilizzo intenso in cui ho provato cotture in diretta con le griglie belle piene e più lunghe indirette, posso dire che è una macchina eccezionale per stabilità della temperatura, potenza dei fuochi e facilità di pulizia. Lo staff si è rivelato molto gentile e competente anche nel supporto all'acquisto di accessori, RUB e salse. Consiglio vivamente il negozio I purchased a Fervor Ranger 410 barbecue in March 2021 on the advice of the staff and in particular of Alex. I must say that it was a very pleasant discovery. After 2 months of intense use in which I tried live cooking with the nice full and longer indirect grids, I can say that it is an exceptional machine for temperature stability, power of the burners and ease of cleaning. The staff was very kind and competent also in supporting the purchase of accessories, RUB and sauces. I highly recommend the shop

Contattati telefonicamente, si sono dimostrati cordiali, professionali, disponibili e mi hanno fornito quanto richiesto. Il BBQ è arrivato in tempi brevissimi; hanno una logistica efficacissima. Il trasporto del BBQ è avvenuto su un pallet dedicato, molto ben fissato. Prodotto in perfette condizioni in tutte le sue componenti, solido e di qualità. In soli due giorni mi è arrivato a casa e subito dopo averlo montato l'ho inaugurato preparando un Pollo alla birra con patate.
