Poi i tecnici sono la dimostrazione che la promessa telefonica diventa realtà! Sono professionisti cordiali, preparati e puliti ( che non guasta quando ti lavorano in casa!!!!) Ha passato il tempo a urlarmi a 10 cm dal viso invece di rispondere ai dubbi che gli venivano posti in modo educato. Dopo una prima uscita in cui affermava di avere risolto il problema (sostituendo la scheda), lo stesso si ripresentava mezz’ora dopo essersene andato (e non è questa la motivazione della recensione insufficiente in quanto può accadere che il problema non si risolva al primo colpo). Dopo tre giorni ritorna e afferma che la volta precedente caldaia e termostato funzionassero perfettamente e che li avesse controllati. Peccato aver scoperto che la batteria del termostato era stata inserita al contrario e che dunque anche la volta precedente questo non potesse funzionare. Complimenti! A star because unfortunately it is not possible to give zero. The owner is rude and treats the customer like fish in the face. He spent his time screaming at me 10cm from his face instead of answering the doubts that were posed to him in a polite way. After a first exit in which he claimed to have solved the problem (by replacing the card), the same returned half an hour after leaving (and this is not the reason for the insufficient review as it may happen that the problem is not solved at the first blow). After three days he returns and states that the previous time the boiler and thermostat were working perfectly and that he had checked them. Too bad to have discovered that the thermostat battery had been inserted backwards and therefore even the previous time this could not work. Compliments!
