Stefano Bensi della FERBEN mi ha chiesto in data 02/04/20 di anticipargli in contanti il costo di 440,00€ della scheda ABR01 della caldaia nonostante fosse in garanzia (caldaia nuova di 1 anno) adducendo come motivazione il lockdown e la chiusura della Ferroli (azienda produttrice). Ad oggi 16/06/20 questo DELINQUENTE insieme alla sua collaboratrice ALESSIA (altra delinquente) non mi hanno rimborsato di 1 €! Chiaramente sto provvedendo a denunciare entrambi alle autorità di competenza. NON AFFIDATEVI ALLA FERBEN. SONO DEI TRUFFATORI.
 Mr. Stefano Bensi of FERBEN asked me on 02/04/20 to advance in cash the cost of € 440.00 of the boiler card ABR01 despite being under warranty (new 1-year boiler) citing the lockdown and closing of the Ferroli (manufacturing company). To date 16/06/20 this DELINQUENTE together with his collaborator ALESSIA (another delinquent) have not refunded me for 1 €! Clearly I am proceeding to report both to the competent authorities. DO NOT RELY ON FERBEN. They are swindlers.
