★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiesto preventivo per struttura meccanica relativa a nostro impianto fotovoltaico da 100 kW; il direttore vendite ci comunica con toni non certo "amichevoli" che siamo a loro sgraditi, in quanto abbiamo specificato che il preventivo ricevuto non rispecchiava le nostre esigenze. Mai visto un trattamento del genere, nei confronti di una probabile nuova azienda cliente, in oltre 10 anni di attività e migliaia di preventivi richiesti.
Requested quote for mechanical structure related to our 100 kW photovoltaic system; the sales manager tells us in tones that are certainly not "friendly" that we are unwelcome, as we have specified that the estimate received did not reflect our needs. Never seen such a treatment, towards a probable new client company, in over 10 years of activity and thousands of quotes requested.
