A	Angelo Cavaliere on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FENOMENALI!!Conosco Gino, il casaro da quando era in centro alla la Latteria del Sole ed ha da sempre lavorato il latte con una maestria fuori dal normale, riuscendo a trasferire la passione che ha per questo lavoro nella stessa filatura della mozzarella, riuscendo a creare prodotti a dir poco emozionanti!!Sono veramente contento che con Roberta abbiamo deciso di tornare a farci provare l'ebbrezza della vera mozzarella artigianale!! grazie ragazzi,non vedo già l'ora di mangiare la prossima mozzarella,visto che quelle che ho preso prima son già finite? PHENOMENAL !! Ottimi prodotti, freschissimi...consigliato.....e da preferire a certi negozi concorrenti del centro che se la tirano ma quanto a qualità hanno molte pecche....complimenti!!! La focaccia invece le ultime due volte sembrava industriale e non artigianale. Nel complesso sapendo cosa scegliere se sono in zona mi fermo volentieri. Products of excellent quality as regards the purchase of stracciatella, buffalo mozzarella, ricotta and bread even if the prices are in my opinion slightly high. The focaccia, on the other hand, the last two times seemed industrial and not artisanal. Overall, knowing what to choose if I'm in the area, I happily stop by.
