★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a long way from Switzerland to Italy and this is the first real services you come to in Italy so it is a welcome sight. It is very small and quite busy, the lady on the checkout was certainly not the politest or cleverest person I had ever met for sure but that said more about her than the services. The rolls etc were basic but fresh, the coffee was as good as you get so no complaints at all.
There were some real bargain buys if you looked ie 3 bottles of Pinot Noir in a box for 9.95 euros and it tastes fine ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's an Autogrill. Not a grand hotel. You can't expect the red carpet, nevertheless, I've been pretty happy. We stopped for a quick snack and I've been positively surprised by the courtesy of the staff! The other good thing was the cleanness. Really nothing to say. It's true, we were not there in the rush hours. Still, the care to the details was rather unusual. An example? I don't know about your experience with the Autogrill ' s toilets, but mine is pretty sad... On the contrary, here I found them clean and tidy. A nice surprise, I must say.
