Cambi negozio ma il trattamento del personale rimane lo stesso. Forse non è il personale a questo punto il problema ma chi ne sta a capo.
È stato un errore dare una seconda possibilità a questa azienda in un altro punto vendita.

You change shops but the treatment of the staff remains the same. Perhaps it is not the staff at this point but who is in charge of it.
It was a mistake to give this company a second chance at another store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Azienda poco seria e inaffidabile: mi reco nel negozio di corso Grosseto per la scelta di mobili da bagno e anziché essere seguita dal personale preposto, gli stessi stavano comodamente seduti dietro la loro scrivania, dimostrandosi pure disturbati per qualche domanda che veniva loro chiesta. Inoltre dopo essermi arrangiata da sola, finalmente faccio un'ordinazione di mobili che mi viene recapitata con molto comodo (dopo circa 15 giorni dopo la data stabilita) ed inoltre una consegna parziale, mancante di miscelatori per i quali necessita attendere circa due mesi. Notizia che non era stata data al momento dell'ordine. Pertanto si sconsiglia l'acquisto presso detta azienda se avete necessità più urgenti e soprattutto dopo la scarsa professionalità dimostrata dal personale. Comodo lavorare giocando al pc, mentre i clienti si devono arrangiare da soli per la scelta del materiale.

Convenient to work while playing on the PC, while customers have to arrange for themselves for the choice of material.

Cinque stelle vanno soprattutto al personale dello showroom di Moncalieri per la loro gentilezza e cortesia, grado di preparazione e per la loro grande pazienza. GRAZIE.
