A dire colpa della Scavolini... In negozio noi purtroppo abbiamo trovato persone scortesi e poco educate. A volte una scusa e meglio di altre mille parole. Di sicuro, non ci ritorneremo. Negozio veramente bello con molti modelli esposti. Kitchen delivered and assembled perfectly, special thanks go to the fitters and to Mauro Menegatti who followed us and advised us by designing our kitchen according to our needs. Really nice shop with many models on display.

Poi ci ha fatto un disegno 3D basato su quello che abbiamo suggerito. A qualche domanda ci ha detto che potevamo scegliere quello che volevamo, ma non é tornato in esposizione senza farci vedere / verificare. La nostra soluzione peccava di logica (come abbiamo poi constatato da altro rivenditore) ma non si è accorto di nulla. Poco professionalità. We went in for a kitchen. Little availability. We went alone to see the exhibition. Then he made us a 3D drawing based on what we suggested. A few questions he told us that we could choose what we wanted, but he did not return to the exhibition without being seen / verified. Our solution lacked logic (as we later found from another retailer) but did not notice anything. Little professionalism.

a	a b on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza.vi sconsiglio si rivolgervi a questo punto vendita.Il venditore che ci ha servito oltre a essere sgarbato,ci ha fatto consegnare una cucina di una tonalità diversa da quella richiesta.Io volevo color visone,invece mi è arrivato un colore tendente al viola.in più avevo richiesto pensili con maniglia(tutti) invece la metà è arrivata a chiusura magnetica.in più un fuoco difettoso,non funziona.10.000 euro buttati.Avevo scritto la stessa recensione su facebook, mandando in privato prova di acquisto,ma oltre belle parole, nessuno mi ha assistito concretamente.percio finché potrò, sconsiglierò ad altri questo punto vendita e scavolini.sono passati 6 anni e ormai mi sono tenuta la cucina.ma mai più . inoltre i pensili sono già usurati.non buttate i vostri soldi.metto anche le foto e Scavolini,se vuoi contattarmi ti mando anche la ricevuta di pagamento.Mi avete fregata ma non credo abbiate fatto un affare.Basta fregare soldi. I montatori dello Scavolini Store Lingotto hanno terminato il montaggio della nostra cucina con piccolo living e bagno. Volevamo ringraziarli per la loro professionalità e competenza; abbiamo girato tantissimo, fatto diversi preventivi in altri negozi ma non avremmo potuto acquistare il tutto senza la loro sensibilità alle problematiche economiche del periodo. ..solo così abbiamo potuto esaudire il nostro desiderio.
