The parking is small and often overcrowded. Cashiers are not enough and queues are often long. Better go there when crowds are nit too large.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is very well organized, you can literally find anything in there. One thing they could improve on is their service. In general, the staff is well distributed and you can find two people to help you. But some areas of the store lacked personnel and I had to wait 30 minutes in order to have someone to talk to. The staff seemed to be specialized in their only area of competence that if you as much as ask for general information about another area, they would tell you to wait for their colleague without specifying how long said wait should be.
In general, the store is great and I still go there. I would be certainly happier if assistance was more efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They typically have about anything you would want for working on your home. The thing that pushes it from 4 to 5 stars is their easy return policy. It isn't so common in Italy that one can return things without a big hassle. I appreciate that.
