Ma che si debba attendere 20 minuti dall'apertura (ero il primo in attesa) perché i computer devono inviare lo stralcio delle vendite del giorno prima all'agenzia delle entrate..se si potesse farlo alla chiusura..
Alle 9.30 son stato il primo ad esser servito, fuori fila e gente arrabbiata.

But that you have to wait 20 minutes from opening (I was the first one waiting) because the computers have to send the excerpt from the sales of the day before to the revenue agency .. if it could be done at closing ..
At 9.30 I was the first to be served, out of line and angry people.

Ho chiesto cortesemente di poterlo inserire tra i prenotati in modo da non dovergli far fare la lunga coda che sicuramente ci sarà di domenica e la risposta è stata : "Signora se vuole il tampone venga e si faccia la coda".
Scortesi, sgarbati e poco disponibili.
Sicuramente non ci andrò mai più, nemmeno per acquistare medicinali.
Contacted to request a tampon on reservation for my child (not vaccinable since under 12 years).
I kindly asked to be able to include him among the booked ones so as not to have to make him queue up that surely will be there on Sunday and the answer was: "Madam if you want the tampon, come and queue".
Rude, rude and unhelpful.
I will certainly never go there again, not even to buy medicines.
