Poi c'era la degenza Ma nella fattura hanno ripetuto alcune voci molto costose dell'operazione stessa. Io ero molto apprensivo per il gatto e non ci ho fatto subito caso. Sono andato a reclamare ma alla vista del bell'intoppo ho trovato solo grida " ...e non ritorni mai più!: certo che gli è convenuto infatti i soldi versati ormai li avevo pagati! Ho qui con me le due fatture e prefattura ENTRAMBE pagate da me e mio fratello. Un bel esborso! Alla cassa non mi avevano dato le quietanze se no potevo provarlo subito dal mio avvocato. Very good and competent medical staff. But! My cat had fallen off the balcony. I paid 1,100 euros for the operation. Then there was the hospital stay. But in the invoice they repeated some very expensive items of the operation itself. I was very apprehensive about the cat and didn't immediately notice it. I went to complain but at the sight of the hitch I found only shouts "... and you never come back!: Sure that it was agreed to him, in fact I had paid the money already paid! I have here with me the two invoices and pre-invoice BOTH paid by my brother and me. A nice outlay! At the cashier they had not given me the receipts otherwise I could prove it immediately to my lawyer.

Sempre una massima disponibilità, hanno mostrato tanta pazienza e comprensione verso mio cagnolino e me stessa, sono potuta stare con lui durante il trattamento con il flebo (mi faceva malissimo solo immaginare che stia legato o in gabbia per 3 ore da solo), invece così mio cane non si era accorto di nulla. Hanno avuto molta pazienza nel spiegare dettagliatamente la diagnosi e consigliare una cura adatta. Hanno la possibilità di fare sul posto gli analisi di sangue (pronte in un paio di ore), la radiografia, c'è la sala operatoria con dei bravissimi chirurghi. Complimenti alla dottoressa Paola, al dottore che ha seguito Pinuccio (non mi ricordo il nome purtroppo) e alla segretaria.. Sono stati tutti molto premurosi e attenti in questi 2 giorni di cura. Always a maximum availability, they showed a lot of patience and understanding towards my dog and myself, I was able to stay with him during the treatment with the drip (it made me terrible just to imagine that he is tied up or in a cage for 3 hours alone), instead like this my dog hadn't noticed anything. They were very patient in explaining the diagnosis in detail and recommending a suitable treatment. They have the possibility to do the blood tests on the spot (ready in a couple of hours), the X-ray, there is the operating room with very good surgeons. Congratulations to Dr. Paola, the doctor who followed Pinuccio (I don't remember the name unfortunately) and the secretary .. They were all very thoughtful and attentive in these 2 days of treatment.

Seguo lo studio, in particolare i Dott.ri Accomazzo e Bianchi, da più di vent'anni e posso dire che nulla viene dato per scontato, mettendo a disposizione sapienza, accurate analisi e grande professionalità. Grazie a voi e al vs staff, sono sicura di offrire il meglio per il mio amico a quattro zampe. Elena I live 20 km away from the studio but every kilometer is worth it. I have been following the study, in particular Drs Accomazzo and Bianchi, for more than twenty years and I can say that nothing is taken for granted, providing knowledge, accurate analysis and great professionalism. Ogni volta trovo un medico diverso e ogni volta resto sorpresa piacevolmente per l’impeccabile preparazione ed estrema disponibilità, tutti molto bravi e con una grande passione per gli animali si vede come li trattano?!!! Grazie di tutto! Grazie anche da parte del mio gattino, che viene da voi senza far storie e già questo la dice lunga ☺️! Continuate sempre così! I have recently had a kitten so I recently went to this veterinary facility. Each time I find a different doctor and each time I am pleasantly surprised by the impeccable preparation and extreme availability, all very good and with a great passion for animals you can see how they treat them? !!! Provo rabbia dolore rancore verso questi veterinari incompetenti autoreferenziali per non dire di peggio. Verso Veronika in particolare. Incapace di riconoscere il proprio errore. Ha inflitto alla mia gatta sofferenze indicibili. Bad. I wish I could put less 5 stars but the chance is not given. I feel anger pain resentment towards these self-referential incompetent vets to say the least. Towards Veronika in particular. Unable to recognize his own mistake. He inflicted untold suffering on my cat.
