È stato un momento dolorosissimo. La veterinaria è stata disumana, sia con noi che con la micia. Si è solo lamentata perché nn trovava la vena, sballonzolava il corpicino senza rispetto e continuava e rispondere al telefono e parlare con chiunque interrompendo la procedura di continuo. Terribile. Un momento terribile reso ancora più infausto da chi reputavo una professionista. Mai più in quello studio. I have to rectify my review from 5 stars to 1. If I could I would put - 30. Unfortunately I had to make my kitten euthanize. It was a painful moment. The vet was inhumane, both with us and with the cat. She only complained because she did not find the vein, swayed her little body without respect and continued and answered the phone and talk to anyone interrupting the procedure continuously. Terrible. A terrible moment made even more inauspicious by those who thought I was a professional. Never again in that study.

Lo sento perchè non si tratta di locali mondani, di persone, di negozi ecc.. verso i quali il parere è SOGGETTIVO e verso i quali, per fortuna, siamo liberi di sottrarci se non ci piacciono senza alimentare il possibile danno che creiamo con una recensione negativa, qui si tratta di umanità. Valore assoluto per il quale non mi sottrarrò MAI! Non sto qui a dilungarmi, ma una cosa voglio scriverla: una veterinaria che non ha amore per gli animali, non ha amore per quello che fa.
