★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quella che immagino sia la titolare, la sig.ra con il caschetto biondo/rosso mostra una disponibilità in genere limitata. Anche sotto l'aspetto della simpatia mostra una certa carenza che, probabilmente risulterà meno evidente con la clientela abituale, decisamente meno con quella che vi transita occasionalmente.

What I imagine is the owner, the lady with the blond / red bob shows a generally limited availability. Also from the point of view of sympathy it shows a certain lack that will probably be less evident with the regular customers, much less with the one who passes through it occasionally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando la titolare di una farmacia dimostra palesemente incompetenza e inaffidabilita', meriterebbe di cambiare lavoro! Il non aver il coraggio di ammettere quell'errore commesso nello scrivere la mail con la quale avrebbe potuto trasmettermi l'esito di un tampone regolarmente pagato, non è tipico di una persona corretta che comprende il disagio causato a chi attendeva l'esito di un tampone mai giunto!! Una farmacista che propone al proprio cliente un rimborso parziale per un tampone del quale non è mai giunto l'esito è davvero segno di mancanza di valori. Probabilmente, la parte di rimborso negata pari a 7,50€ erano fondamentali per il fatturato di quella farmacia, lo erano tanto da preferirli al cliente fedele! Complimenti!! Detto questo, prenderò ulteriori provvedimenti con le autorità preposte perché questo atteggiamento si è dimostrato deplorevole!!
