★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi ha stupito che nel retro ci fossero tre persone {si vedevano e sentivano bene} a meno di un metro di distanza, colloquiare tranquillamente senza mascherina né guanti.
It amazed me that there were three people in the back {they could see and feel well} less than a meter away, to talk quietly without a mask or gloves.

Prezzi più bassi del web e possibilità di ritirare i prodotti (farmaci o parafarmaci) direttamente nelle sedi di Torino o Moncalieri a costo zero. Ottimo il programma fedeltà con la raccolta punti che ai tramutano in sconto sui successivi acquisti. Eccellente!
They offer a very efficient online shop service. Lower prices on the web and the possibility to collect products (drugs or parapharmaceuticals) directly in the Turin or Moncalieri offices at no cost. The loyalty program is excellent with the collection of points which turn the discount into subsequent purchases. Excellent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vado in questa farmacia da anni ma non posso certo dire che sia "di fiducia". Oggi non mi hanno dato una pomata oftalmica - suggeritami da un professionista - perchè non avevo la prescrizione. Il che sarebbe anche legittimo, ma ci vorrebbe un minimo di comprensione: a volte è il medico stesso che ti dice "vai tranquilla, non serve".. mettetevi d'accordo. Notare che sono andata alcuni mesi fa con ANALISI DI LABORATORIO alla mano chiedendo di somministrarmi qualcosa contro candida e cistite (avevo anche febbre). Nulla. Il mio medico era via per ferie, la guardia medica non mi ha mai risposto al telefono. Entrambe le volte ho risolto andando in altre farmacie, dove non mi conoscevano, ma hanno avuto comprensione delle situazioni. Non basta obbedire ciecamente alle regole per essere dei buoni professionisti. Secondo voi, le pomate oftalmiche me le voglio mettere per diletto? Tornerò da voi solo se proprio disperata (e, a giudicare da altre recensioni, ci saranno grandi flussi migratori da frazione Moriondo alle altre farmacie di zona).
I go into this pharmacy for years, but I certainly can not say it is "trusted." Today I was not given an ophthalmic ointment - suggeritami by a professional - because I had no prescription. That would also be legitimate, but it would take a minimum of understanding: sometimes it is the same doctor who tells you "go quiet, no need" .. make yourself agree. Note that I went a few months ago with ANALYSIS LABORATORY in hand asking for something somministrarmi against candida and cystitis (I also had fever). Nothing. My doctor was away on vacation, the doctor on duty he has never answered the phone. Both times I solved it by going to other pharmacies, where he did not know me, but they had understanding of situations. Do not just blindly obey the rules to be good professionals. According to you, I want to put me eye ointment for pleasure? I'll come back to you only if their desperate (and judging from other reviews, there will be great migration from Moriondo fraction other local pharmacies).
