Comunque 100 Mt più avanti c'è un altro negozio di divani, sempre di alta qualità, che con cortesia e professionalità ha esaudito il nostro desiderio e abbiamo acquistato 2 splendidi divani. Potessi mettere meno di una stella lo farei. I went today with my husband, the intention was precisely to buy a sofa, but the sales clerk made us want to pass! . Ritengo che manchi professionalità ed educazione! Alla fine la signorina ha telefonato alla loro sede ma sembrava essere un di più...forse "venditrici"(solo questo é il loro compito?) come queste dovrebbero cambiare mestiere x evitare di mettete in cattiva luce una società... I write as a Customer Not satisfied (even if the sofa ordered in early June has not yet been delivered to me ...) as having failed to answer me last week (cso Savona store) on the delivery date, they did not call back as agreed and recandom yesterday idi persona once again I was reiterated that "they are not the ones who deal with this ..." I believe that there is a lack of professionalism and education! In the end the young lady phoned their office but it seemed to be one more ... maybe "salesmen" (only this is their job?) How they should change jobs to avoid putting a company in a bad light ...

Il divano l'abbiamo comprato 100 mt. dopo dove abbiamo trovato personale molto gentile e disponibile. We went in and not a shop assistant approached us to ask if we needed help. At this point we are gone. We bought the sofa 100 mt. after where we found very nice and helpful staff.

Mi sono recata nel negozio di C.so Savona sabato pomeriggio, c'erano 3 ragazze del personale che non volevano nemmeno aprirci le porte per entrare. Una volta aperte poi, ci hanno "elegantemente" mandato a stendere e mentre giravamo per il negozio hanno parlato male tutto il tempo dei clienti appena usciti...complimenti! Bel modo di lavorare! Esperienza molto negativa! Non consiglio questo negozio a nessuno!!! I would even give zero stars if you could! Rude and rude staff! Prima di scrivere giudizi negativi bisognerebbe quanto meno sapere come funzionano le cose. I servizi potrebbero essere sempre migliorabili, a condizione che ognuno dovrebbe mettersi un po' nella parte di chi è al lavoro di domenica. Io personalmente mi sono trovato molto bene, dipende anche da come ci si rivolge, le dipendenti sono molto disponibili. Di solito si tende a scrivere recensioni negative, il cliente soddisfatto in genere non scrive nulla. In merito a ciò spero di essere letto. D	Debora Salvatico on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo andati di sabato nonostante fossimo senza appuntamento la signora Simonetta ci ha accolto con tanta professionalità e pazienza nel rispondere a tutte le nostre domande ci ha dato mille spiegazioni sulle diversità di pelle e tessuto abbiamo anche parlato con il signor Guido persona socievole e seria . Rispetto ad altri venditori non ci hanno messo in condizioni di dover decidere nell immediato con sconti promozioni . Con tutta la nostra calma dopo 2 settimane siamo ritornati da loro e abbiamo acquistato il nostro bellissimo divano in pelle .
