Non hanno soddisfatto, tempo addietro alcune mie richieste e domande in merito ad un acquisto di una vettura di gamma alta.Non vi era stata l'opportunità di effettuare un test-drive, per decidere l'acquisto. Successivamente ho chiamato il venditore ma mi ha sempre demandato...e non mi ha più chiamato. Forse riteneva che non avessi le capacità economiche.
La scorsa settimana invece sono tornato in autosalone e ho acquistato un nuovo mezzo, consigliato e supportato da un bravo venditore, che mi ha prospettato un'ottima soluzione.
Ieri ho già ritirato la nuova auto
 I have had numerous opportunities to evaluate this dealership. Some time ago they did not satisfy some of my requests and questions regarding a purchase of a high-end car. There was no opportunity to test-drive to decide on the purchase. Then I called the seller but he always asked me ... and he never called me again. Maybe he thought I didn't have the financial capabilities.
Last week, however, I went back to the car showroom and bought a new vehicle, recommended and supported by a good seller, who offered me an excellent solution.
I already picked up the new car yesterday

L’esperienza di vendita è stata ottima. Unica pecca l’attesa per la consegna. Ovviamente questo non è dipeso da lui, che anzi è stato chiaro fin da subito e si è reso estremamente disponibile nel tenermi aggiornata settimanalmente sulla situazione.

Our family has been buying and renting with them for years, they have great deals and follow you in everything. Personally, I bought a used car with Mr. Michele Napoli. The sales experience was excellent. The only flaw is the waiting for delivery. Obviously this did not depend on him, who on the contrary was clear right away and made himself extremely available in keeping me updated on the situation weekly.
