F	Francesco Dussoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venditore disonesto e truffaldino; mia ha inviato il contratto (18/7/20) della macchina pubblicata su AutoScout24 (Panda Cross 1.3 Jed che ha rimosso) ma di cui ho gli screenshot, con il prezzo stabilito, la targa dell’auto e l’acconto da effettuare con bonifico, cosa che ho puntualmente fatto. Ho controfirmato il contratto e fatto i biglietti di aereo, treno e nave (risiedo in Sardegna) e lunedì 20/7/20 sono partito preavvisandolo che sarei stato in stazione a Torino Porta Nuova alle 11,06. Arrivato in stazione come da accordi l’ho avvisato per venire a prendermi. Ho mandato messaggi su whatsapp (fino poi a farmi bloccare), fatto decine di telefonate ( cellulare prima staccato poi mi ha bloccato anche lì). Tommy, così si fa chiamare, è scomparso nel nulla prendendosi il mio acconto e facendomi affrontare un viaggio dalla Sardegna per Milano, Torino ed infine Genova per rientrare senza macchina. Oggi 21/7/20 inoltrerò denuncia per truffa alla pubblica autorità per l’ ottenimento del rimborso delle spese sostenute e dell’acconto versato. Tutto ovviamente documentato. State alla larga da questo individuo per evitare quello che è successo al sottoscritto; ci guadagnerete in salute e in denaro. Ho trovato disponibilità alla mie domande e puntualità negli appuntamenti presi da parte dell'agente Tommaso. L'unica postilla che posso lasciare è l'attesa un pò lunga x il ritiro della vettura,forse dovuta anche alla sicurezza Covid-19. I purchased my used audi A3 sportback 1 week ago. I found availability to my questions and punctuality in appointments made by agent Tommaso. The only note I can leave is the slightly long wait for the car to be picked up, perhaps also due to Covid-19 safety.

Dopo aver ricevuto la caparra hanno rinviato la consegna dell'auto diverse volte per svariati "motivi" (doveva consegnarla a mezzo bisarca) per poi sparire senza alcuna notizia. E' in corso querela denuncia tramite carabinieri per truffa in commercio. Spero almeno di riottenere il maltolto. STATE ALLA LARGA! Stay away from this seller.
