★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho effettuato i tre tagliandi annuali presso il Centro, gli operatori sono puntuali e chiari nelle spiegazioni, la prenotazione è sempre stata più che puntuale (circa 45 min per un tagliando). È presente una confortevole sala d'attesa. Distributori di caffè e snack in loco. Top!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando è stato il momento di venderci un auto baci e abbracci ma soprattutto tonnellate di paroloni sull'eventualità di sostituire l'auto a condizioni molto vantaggiose una volta finito il leasing, per poi scoprire all'ultimo momento che tali condizioni erano pura invenzione ma soprattutto con l'incombenza di una maxirata finale da 8000 euro da pagare in 48 ore. Non sono molto diversi dagli altri concessionari, a loro interessa solo vendere e fino a qui tutto bene. La cosa che ho trovato insopportabile è l'approcio falso amichevole che ti fa illudere di essere entrato nella grande famiglia del brand. Al momento dei sorrisoni, fatevi scrivere nero su bianco le condizioni vantaggiose e accertatevi che siano incluse nel contratto firmato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The garage service lacks the basics. Needed a replacement key, no help. Needed to go elsewhere. Needed to have a rough idle in the motor when cold, again no help. Lots of promises when you purchase the vehicle but a lot of stories when you need help. Better to go elsewhere.
