Abbiamo aspettato 20 minuti l’arrivo di qualcuno mentre assistevamo ad altra gente girare tranquillamente senza il famoso “accompagnatore”. Avendo ricevuto zero considerazioni e divieto di guardarci i divani in autonomia, abbiamo girato i tacchi e ce ne siamo andati dai colleghi di Chateau d’Ax. Non so cosa pensavate che potevamo combinare e come un accompagnatore avrebbe risolto la questione covid. Peggio per voi. We were told that without a guide you could not go around the shop for covid reasons (?!?). We waited 20 minutes for someone to arrive while we watched other people go around quietly without the famous "escort". Having received zero considerations and a ban on looking at the sofas independently, we turned on our heels and left our colleagues at Chateau d'Ax. I don't know what you thought we could do and how a chaperone would solve the covid issue. Worse for you.

Già comprato da loro qualche anno fa un paio di divani con relax elettrico. A distanza di questo tempo sono ancora come nuovi per quanto...usati mooolto We just went to start seeing some sofa beds. Found Simone very kind and very professional but without ever being too intrusive. Already bought from them a few years ago a couple of sofas with electric relaxation. At a distance of this time they are still like new even though ... used soooo much

Non viene spiegato il prezzo del bene acquistato in base alle offerte tanto pubblicizzate ! Il personale di vendita si affida ad un tablet per stabilire il prezzo senza far capire all'acquirente il calcolo che viene eseguito. Staff polite and prepared but unclear in the presentation of offers. The price of the purchased good is not explained on the basis of the much publicized offers! The sales staff rely on a tablet to set the price without letting the buyer understand the calculation being performed.

Le magasin et le service SAV ne veulent rien savoir car les housses ne peuvent pas être prise sous garantie. Pour quelle raison nous l’ignorons étant donné que c’est la qualité du tissu le problème. Donc on vous demande 1700 euros pour un canapé qui déteint au bout d’un an et sans recours possible, et en plus on vous dit gentillement de repayer 391 euros pour changer les housses. Les vendeurs ne sont même pas choqués donc ils doivent avoir l’habitude. Vraiment cette marque est l’arnaque du siècle ! SAVE YOUR MONEY!
