★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L' 1 febbraio scorso guardavo su Internet una cabina doccia e mi sono imbattuto su sito IPERCERAMICA e vedo ciò che poteva essermi utile .
Immediatamente telefono e trovo Fabrizio preciso nelle risposte .
Parto alla volta di Altamura per visionaria ivi giunto rimango contento infatti la compro .
Entro 15 giorni lavorativi mi arriva nel cercare di montarla ci accorgiamo che il piatto doccia presentava un difetto di fabbrica .
Telefono e trovo Stefano il quale si attiva e mi indicano come fare . A distanza di pochi giorni mi arriva il piatto doccia nuovo e completo .

I leave for Altamura for a visionary who arrived there I am happy in fact I buy her.
Within 15 working days I get to try to assemble it, we realize that the shower tray had a factory defect.
I phone and find Stefano who gets active and they show me how to do it. A few days later I get the new and complete shower tray.

Si può scegliere anche sul Web e allora la scelta diventa veramente immensa
Si trovano sistematicamente delle ottime offerte con prezzi veramente allettanti.
L'unico neo è che si deve pagare praticamente contanti e l'anticipo al momento dell'ordine è pari al 50% il resto alla consegna.
Non hanno nessuna possibilità di proporre una finanziaria o offrire una dilazione o un comodo pagamento..
Il personale è gentile competente ed attivo

In data 31/gennaio recatomi con l'intenzione di fare diversi acquisti per la mia ristrutturazione, dopo essere entrato e oltre mezz'ora di attesa, e con l'esigenza di poter usufruire dei servizi - trovando la porta aperta al pubblico e funzionanti - uscendo dal bagno, sono stato in maniera maleducata attaccato dal referente il quale mi ha "invitato" ad andare fuori per strada.. (!!)
Sono uscito senza fare acquisti. Peccato. Spesso mi affido al gruppo Iperceramica, il giorno successivo sono andato presso lo store di Bari che consiglio.

I went out without shopping. Sin. I often rely on the Iperceramica group, the next day I went to the Bari store that I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno io ho avuto un pessima esperienza in quanto il commesso non ha voglia di lavorare. Ieri volevo comprare il pvc per il bagno e corridore ma il commesso ci ha mandato via nonostante erano le ore18 e sapendo che la chiusura era alle ore 20
Ci ha detto che non ha tempo di fare la fattura di tornare domani. Io ho provato a spiegarli che sono di montescaglioso e che lavoriamo e non potevamo tornare ma a lui non gli e importato ed e tornato a chiaccherare con i suoi amici. Pessimo commesso.
Io sono tornata a casa e il pvc mi lo sono comprato lo stesso su internet. Dovresti mettere personale che ha voglia di lavorare e non che cacciano i clienti.
Good morning, I had a very bad experience as the salesman does not want to work. Yesterday I wanted to buy the pvc for the bathroom and runner but the clerk sent us away even though it was 6pm and knowing that the closing time was at 8pm
He told us he doesn't have time to make an invoice to come back tomorrow. I tried to explain to him that I'm from Montescaglioso and that we work and we couldn't go back but he didn't care and went back to chat with his friends. Bad shop assistant.
I went home and I bought the PVC anyway on the internet. You should have staff who are willing to work and not chase customers.

Nel mese di febbraio 2021 mi sono recato in tale punto vendita per acquistare gres porcellanato, battiscopa e piastrelle per rivestimento bagno.
Al momento dell'acquisto indico al venditore il materiale di cui avevo bisogno e dopo aver compilato un foglio mi dice di ricopiare e firmare quello che lui aveva segnato in ordine, cosa che in buona fede faccio.
Al momento del ritiro mi accorgo che le piastrelle del bagno che mi aveva messo in ordine sono d esterno e non da interno.
Faccio subito presente l'errore e mi viene risposto: IO NON POSSO FARCI NULLA, È LA MIA PAROLA CONTRO LA SUA!!!
In conclusione mi dice che posso restituire le piastrelle, però le spese di trasporto per rispedirle indietro sono a mio carico 50 euro.
Cosa assurda in quanto le piastrelle le ho pagate 125 euro.
Se posso dare un consiglio affidatevi a rivenditori di zona, in quanto è vero che magari pagherete qualche euro in più, però in caso di imprevisti non vi volteranno le spalle.
Inoltre rifacendomi al commento precedente anche a mio suocero, una persona di 70 anni, è stato detto che non poteva andare in bagno.

In conclusion he tells me that I can return the tiles, but the transport costs to send them back are at my expense 50 euros.
Absurd thing as I paid 125 euros for the tiles.
If I can give you some advice, rely on local dealers, as it is true that maybe you will pay a few euros more, but in case of unforeseen events they will not turn their backs on you.
Also referring to the previous comment, my father-in-law, a 70-year-old person, was also told that he could not go to the bathroom.
