Valentino: mi sono recato presso la sede della ditta, agli inizi di settembre, per integrare la mia cucina Maiullari, comprata anni fa, con un mobile che richiamasse le caratteristiche della stessa. Sono stato ricevuto dall'addetta dell'accoglienza, fornendo anche le foto della cucina e ricevendo come risposta che sarei stato richiamato. A metà settembre ho chiamato e mi ha risposto la stessa persona, che ricordava perfettamente il mio nominativo dicendomi che sarei stato richiamato il giorno dopo. Il risultato è che anch'io sono stato COMPLETAMENTE IGNORATO. Ricordavo un' azienda più seria e rispettosa della clientela. Penso che non sarebbe costato nulla contattarmi e darmi comunque una risposta (positiva o negativa). It happened to me as well as to Mr. Valentino: I went to the company headquarters, at the beginning of September, to integrate my Maiullari kitchen, bought years ago, with a piece of furniture that recalled its characteristics. I was received by the receptionist, also providing photos of the kitchen and receiving as an answer that I would be called back. In mid-September I called and the same person answered, who remembered my name perfectly and told me that I would be called back the next day. The result is that I too have been COMPLETELY IGNORED. I remembered a more serious and customer-friendly company. I think it would have cost nothing to contact me and still give me an answer (positive or negative).

Telefonato più di una volta per assistenza ad una anta a ribalta e a vari cassetti, si sono fatti sentire a distanza di due anni perchè erano in zona. Ho risolto io il problema prima di loro. Phoned more than once for assistance with a flap door and various drawers, they made themselves heard after two years because they were in the area. I solved the problem before them.
