Un ringraziamento va a chi segue le spedizioni che si è premurata di avvisarmi del potenziale ritardo da parte del corriere (è la prima volta in 13 mesi che mi capita !) e ha poi seguito l'invio fino al giorno della consegna assicurandosi che tutto fosse arrivato integro.
Considerata l'esperienza di acquisti online di questi mesi non sempre soddisfacente ho riscontrato una grande attenzione nei confronti del cliente e sicuramente terrò presente questa azienda per i miei futuri acquisti. La consiglio vivamente.
 I used this site for the first time to buy accessories for planters, finding a very precise and careful company in order management. Thanks go to those who follow the shipments who took care to notify me of the potential delay by the courier (it is the first time in 13 months that this has happened to me!) And then followed the shipment until the day of delivery making sure that everything was arrived intact.
Considering the online shopping experience of these months not always satisfactory, I found a great attention towards the customer and I will certainly keep this company in mind for my future purchases. I highly recommend it.

Come primo contatto chiamo direttamente in azienda e subito capisco di trovarmi persone letteralmente competenti, nei giorni successivi li contatto tramite whatsapp, mi hanno sempre risposta fino al momento che ho ricevuto il mio ordine(in anticipo). Mi ritegno soddisfattissima dell’acquisto fatto!!! Ne farò altri visto la serietà e la professionalità!!!! Complimenti!!!!!
I was lucky to find this site while searching for chairs, before them I was literally cheating, then luckily I am attracted to Milosrl.it, never had a better experience! As a first contact I call directly at the company and immediately I understand that I am literally competent people, in the following days I contact them via whatsapp, they have always answered me until the moment I received my order (in advance). I am very satisfied with the purchase made !!! I will do others because of the seriousness and professionalism !!!! Congratulations!!!!!

Ho ricevuto un prodotto danneggiato durante il trasporto e i ragazzi dell'assistenza che ringrazio, con serietà, disponibilità, efficienza e gentilezza si sono subito prodigati per farmene inviare un altro. Unica nota negativa sono i corrieri a cui si affidano, un po' lenti nelle consegne.
Good quality products. I received a damaged product during transport and the assistance guys whom I thank, with seriousness, availability, efficiency and kindness immediately went out of their way to have another one sent. The only negative note are the couriers they rely on, a bit slow in deliveries.

Ho chiamato la ditta me ne hanno spedito un altro ma ad oggi non ho ancora ricevuto nulla.
La prossima volta acquisterò da una ditta con corrieri più seri che sappiano lavorate.
Ho ricevuto finalmente il divano, devo dire che è di ottima qualità.
Spero che in futuro la ditta si rivolga a corrieri più seri e affidabili.....
I will never buy from them again because they have unreliable couriers. It's been twenty days since I ordered a sofa and I haven't received it yet because the courier has lost it.
I called the company and they sent me another one but to date I have not received anything yet.
Next time I'll buy from a company with more serious couriers who know how to work.
I have finally received the sofa, I must say that it is of excellent quality.
I hope that in the future the company will turn to more serious and reliable couriers .....

Nei giorni scorsi ho ordinato un tavolino da esterni di Nardi, ricevuto oggi.
Innanzitutto il prodotto, disponibile presso i loro magazzini, è stato evaso in tempi rapidissimi. Sono stata aggiornata immediatamente sia via sms che attraverso un messaggio di What's up.
Che dire di più, la mia esperienza è stata più che positiva.

The website was clear and informative, the purchase and payment was easy and fast, delivery was via a reputable courier company and the sunbeds arrived within just a few days. There was a problem with the sunbed parts, the communication by phone and Whatsapp was excellent - no waiting in a cue, polite, professional, all agreements were immediately actiond and promises were kept. The sunbeds arrived in good condition and after identifying the problem, the wrong parts were quickly changed for correct ones. The sunbeds are of very high quality, are beautifully and well designed and are easy to assemble. Decor Space provide an excellent product at a good price and their after sales service is truly amazing ! I recommend this company and it's staff to anyone looking to buy online. (I have not used their physical store, so I am not able to give their physical store a review).
