Hanno un approccio problem solving e, a parte qualche telefonata di sollecito sono tempestivi nel proporti una soluzione. Il prodotto ricevuto aveva un piccolo difetto e loro hanno provveduto a farmi uno sconto sul prodotto, fermo restando la garanzia dei due anni nel caso il difetto dovesse peggiorare. They have a problem solving approach and, apart from a few reminder calls, they are prompt in offering you a solution. The product received had a small defect and they arranged to give me a discount on the product, subject to the two-year warranty in case the defect worsens.

Sconsiglio vivamente se volete fare l'albero di ordinare da loro.
