Vado a chiedere il cambio , ma il proprietario dice che si vedono in controluce piccoli graffi. È ovvio che erano dovuti al tentativo di pulire ma il problema è che comunque la pentola riporta un difetto ed era onesto e rispettoso della clientela fare il cambio. Invece questo è stato rifiutato anche facendo risultare a me la colpa. ___________________ Rispondo : non è vero quanto detto dal proprietario perché sulla pentola c è una abrasione dell' acciaio come da foto, non è sta provocata in alcun modo , se il proprietario non vuole cambiare il prodotto è però pregato di non offendere dando della bugiarda alla cliente ...se poi ci riflettiamo la pentola costa €20 e il proprietario l ha pagata anche meno quindi non ci fa bella figura a non cambiarla.
