In particolare, ringrazio di cuore l'arredatore GIANNI per la cordialità, educazione e soprattutto la disponibilità professionale ed umana prestatami in fase di consulenza e assistenza per l'acquisto di una parete attrezzata e libreria Modulnova ad aprile 2019.
In sintesi, voto 10 a lui ed anche ai suoi colleghi montatori per l'attenzione al cliente.

Il grande merito va all'arredatore Michele Stolfa che ha preso a cuore la nostra casa e con tutta la sua professionalità, tenacia e amore per il proprio lavoro, ha trovato la giusta soluzione ai nostri spazi, facendo della nostra casa una chicca da sogno! We have furnished the house from top to bottom with particular details and absolute creativity. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo scoperto Gallery House su FB, incuriositi abbiamo preso un appuntamento e siamo stati accolti da Michele, persona squisita,
competente e pragmatica che dopo averci mostrato le varie soluzioni in showroom, ci ha consigliato e progettato cucina, living, camera da letto in poco tempo rispettando il nostro budget.
Abbiamo optato per una cucina Modulnova, azienda stupenda che Michele, con la sua passione, ci ha fatto conoscere e amare apprezzando i dettagli.
La consegna di tutti gli ambienti è avvenuta nei tempi indicati e il montaggio è stato effettuato nel rispetto degli spazi e pulizia da persone fantastiche e professionali.
Consiglio di visitare lo Showroom Gallery House perché oltre alla qualità dei prodotti, troverete una staff professionale che con la loro esperienza, sarà in grado di consigliarvi al meglio rispettando le vostre esigenze.
We discovered Gallery House on FB, intrigued we made an appointment and were greeted by Michele, an exquisite person,
competent and pragmatic that after showing us the various solutions in the showroom, he advised us and designed kitchen, living room, bedroom in a short time respecting our budget.
We opted for a Modulnova kitchen, a wonderful company that Michele, with his passion, made us know and love appreciating the details.
The delivery of all the rooms took place in the times indicated and the assembly was carried out in respect of the spaces and cleaning by fantastic and professional people.
I recommend visiting the Gallery House Showroom because in addition to the quality of the products, you will find a professional staff that, with their experience, will be able to advise you in the best way, respecting your needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo rivolti a loro per caso per arredare la nostra camera da letto poiché le loro linee incontravano i nostri gusti e abbiamo speso una grossa cifra..dopo due anni però abbiamo avuto un problema con un comò di Alf da Frè ed è lì che è iniziata la storia infinita perchè il personale, compreso il proprietario, non è stato in grado di risolvere un problema causato dalla ferramenta riconosciuta difettosa anche dalla casa madre, tant’è che la stessa casa madre l’ha sostituita sui nuovi prodotti..morale della favola dopo quasi due anni di telefonate estenuanti ci troviamo un comò inutilizzabile con 6 cassetti difettosi e delle guide (nuove e diverse dalle originali) che ci sono state lasciate da loro in sostituzione e che a detta loro dovremmo farci “adattare” da un nostro falegname che dovrebbe inventarsi le modifiche per riuscire a sistemare il danno..conclusione: NON CONSIGLIO QUESTO NEGOZIO A NESSUNO (quanto meno per il post vendita che è inesistente e che dovrebbe essere la prima cosa da valutare nella scelta del mobilificio)
We turned to them by chance to furnish our bedroom because their lines met our tastes and we spent a large sum .. after two years, however, we had a problem with an Alf da Frè dresser and that's where it is. the never ending story began because the staff, including the owner, was unable to solve a problem caused by the hardware recognized as faulty even by the parent company, so much so that the same parent company replaced it on the new products. fairytale after almost two years of exhausting phone calls we find an unusable chest of drawers with 6 defective drawers and guides (new and different from the original ones) that have been left to us to replace them and that according to them we should be "adapted" by our carpenter who should invent the changes to be able to fix the damage ... conclusion: I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE (at least for the after-sales service which is non-existent and which should be the first what to consider when choosing the furniture factory)
