Ho telefonato in azienda per capire dove fosse il problema è sapere se ne avevano uno a disposizione, mi hanno liquidata in tre secondi dicendomi che non sono loro che seguono la vendita e non mi hanno fatto neanche assolutamente parlare. capisco che la vendita sia stata fatta attraverso un loro rivenditore ma la mia era solo una telefonata conoscitiva per capire la motivazione per la quale avevano spedito un box diverso da quello ordinato, mi spiace notare che non hanno un servizio clienti e la persona che mi ha risposto Era subito scocciata è molto sbrigativa. mi hanno detto che loro non c'entrano assolutamente nulla di rivolgermi al venditore senza neanche farmi parlare. quindi va tutto bene probabilmente se riescono a consegnare il prodotto giusto Ma se per caso consegnano il prodotto sbagliato Ho già capito che sicuramente non sarà né facile né veloce la sostituzione nonostante abbiamo inviato una mail con tutti i codici riferiti al prodotto ordinato che non combaciano con quello che invece c'è stato consegnato
I purchased a shower enclosure from one of their online retailers, they delivered me a box of different sizes 140 cm instead of 160.
