Una struttura che consiglio vivamente per alcuni punti chiave: posizione nel cuore di Palermo, si esce a piedi e ci si ritrova già tra i punti di interesse; camere pulitissime curate nel minimo dettaglio; colazione con pasticceria tradizionale; ultimo ma al primo posto la gentilezza e disponibilità della titolare, ci ha riempito di attenzioni e consigli ottimi avendo capito i nostri gusti (sopratutto culinari?) grazie di tutto spero di ritornare presto!

Eccellente!!! A pochi passi dal centro storico questa splendida struttura.. camere arredate con gusto molto spaziose.. pulite e confortevoli. La proprietaria e’ squisita fatevi consigliare x tutto.. dai ristoranti a cosa vedere x Palermo.. vi seguirà passo passo.. e poi colazione.. favolosa!!! Prodotti freschissimi di pasticceria. Vale la pena andare a Palermo solo per soggiornare da iperbole. Consigliatissimo!!!

In pieno centro storico, a due passi dalle maggiori attrazione di Palermo sorge questo bellissimo B&B. Ambienti spaziosi ed estremamente puliti, dotati di ogni comodità. I proprietari Manuela e Francesco ci hanno accolti col sorriso e professionalità e hanno saputo consigliarci locali e abitudini tipici di Palermo migliorando la nostra esperienza. Da segnalare la colazione con prodotti artigianali della famosa pasticceria Sciampagna (niente a che vedere con i soliti cornetti surgelati). Da lodare la passione con cui questi ragazzi si dedicano anima e corpo alla gestione dell'attività rendendosi disponibili a qualsiasi orario. Rapporto qualità-prezzo alto. Consigliatissimo.

Iperbole Suite è un B&B imprescindibile, situato in posizione strategica per chi desidera visitare le bellezze monumentali, culturali e storiche della meravigliosa Palermo. Organizzato in maniera impeccabile, si nota da subito la massima cura per ogni singolo dettaglio, dall'ambiente all'arredamento, dai servizi alla disponibilità, dalla gentilezza all'estrema attenzione. Si percepisce un grandissimo lavoro gestionale ed empatico affinché il cliente possa sostare nella struttura con tutte le coccole e i confort desiderati. Sottolineo la professionalità e l'eleganza dei proprietari, soprattutto della titolare Manuela che con immensa passione per il proprio lavoro ed infinita simpatia, gestisce alla perfezione una rilassante permanenza nella sua splendida struttura.

Dear owner, It’s not fake review. It’s an experience that happens yesterday. You don’t know my name for sure because not using my name to Book the hotel. On the other hand, you could know me if we can reach you since yesterday. Even you have very strict structure for booking time, we respected. I can understand you didn’t let us check-in at the first day. But again, we were not only booking for 1 day. We were booking 3 days. You can even ask us to check-in on next day morning. But you just canceled whole reservation for full 3 nights. After that, we were trying to call you and explained but you never want to pick up phone and even don’t want to talk face to face. We have tried to contact you yesterday night when we arrived till today morning but we can’t reach you at all. Of course you don’t care because you have received 165 Euro without any service. You can say we didn’t follow your strict rule and let you wait for 3 hours, but do you need to be so mean for traveler to cancel for 3 nights and deduct 165 Euro? On the other hand, I wrote here because we really can’t reach you. We got no access to talk with you to explain our situation. In 2019, many competitors for apartment in Palermo, it’s really unbelievable to know there is such apartment which the owner set very strict rules for check-in time and kick out the visitors because of owner’s emotions without any listening the visitor’s voice. It’s also not very elegant at all. Not recommend this apartment. —————————————— I don’t recommend this apartment at all. Please be careful if you can’t check in on time. The owner won’t consider you if you have any problem during your trip. Our very bad experience is as below: We booked the room for 3 nights. Even we agreed to get here around 8:00 pm but due to we got some trouble on the high way for ticket payment and also lost way because of unclear navigation, we were in delay for 3 hours. But we still kept sending info to the owner about our delay. However, they just said that they wouldn’t wait us and cancelled whole reservation for 3 days and charge 165 Euro on us even we have arrived their apartment, they didn’t let us check-in and didn’t want to have more communication at all. I can understand the owner couldn’t wait for our delay. But at least the owner can say that please check-in next day morning instead of cancelling 3 days reservation and don’t refund the booking fee. They get 165 euro for hours day. Isn’t it too over ? We were really angry for this!

First things first: Manuela is a helluva host: über-nice, friendly, generous with advice and pointers, running a tight ship. Our room was quite clean, nicely designed, with an ample shower (and plenty of hot water), comfy beds, good heating (which came handy during a cold/rainy spell), large TV with Netflix, Disney+, Prime and every other channel, mini-fridge with a free beer and water and a couple Kinder eggs for our kid. Loved breakfast with pastries by the famed Sciampagna pastry shop and, again, finding Manuela each morning to talk about what to do during the day and the best places to grab street-food, something at which Palermo excels. Wonderful central location, would get back at any time.

The nicest landlord in whole Sicily. Rooms were new very clean and fresh. Breakfast very good from the best bakery. If i ever come back to Palermo I will definitly stay here again.
