Ci sono peró un po' di problemi organizzativi che dovrebbero secondo me essere affrontati con maggiore attenzione: e professionalità. Nella nostra stanza, ad esempio, l'aria condizionata, pur essendo al massimo non riusciva a raffreddare l'ambiente. Nonostante la nostra segnalazione, il problema non è stato risolto e stiamo ancora attendendo quantomeno le scuse della direzione. Segnaliamo pure che neanche il bollitore dell'acqua funziona. Nel bar di appoggio per la colazione, la scelta è molto limitata e la ragazza al bancone è purtroppo scortese e poco disponibile. The hotel is new and clean, centrally located and convenient for sightseeing. However, there are some organizational problems that in my opinion should be addressed with greater attention: and professionalism. In our room, for example, the air conditioning, despite being at maximum, could not cool the environment. Despite our report, the problem has not been resolved and we are still awaiting at least an apology from the management. We also point out that the water boiler does not work either. In the breakfast bar, the choice is very limited and the girl at the counter is unfortunately rude and unhelpful.

Ho prenotato una tripla deluxe dove il terzo letto adulto, cioè me, avrebbe dovuto dovuto dormire in un lettino dove i piedi del letto quando ti provavi a sedere, si chiudevano, con il rischio che se ti muovi un minimo la notte rischi di cadere. Il direttore mi ha dEtto che forse hanno preso loro la prenotazione sbagliata. Peccato che vedo che quella camera anche da Booking.com è sempre vendibile come tripla adulti. La struttura era completamente piena e quindi mi hanno dato una camera con cucina che sarebbe comunicante con quella vicina. Essendo una comunicante, quindi solitamente venduta a famiglia unica con la camera vicina, ho sentito tutta la notte il casinò assurdo dei vicini che gridavano palesemente e qualsiasi discorso che dicevano sembrava lo facessero nel letto insieme a me. Da non sottovalutare inoltre la tavoletta della tazza del WC aggiustata con dello scotch. Lavoro nel turismo, ho girato mezzo mondo, ho dormito anche in ostelli ma sinceramente dormire in un lettino con la possibilità di cadere per terra anche no. Non lo consiglio! Bad organization !!! I booked a deluxe triple room where the third adult bed, that is me, should have slept in a cot where the foot of the bed closed when you tried to sit, with the risk that if you move a little at night you risk falling. The manager told me that maybe they took the wrong booking. Too bad I see that even from Booking.com that room can always be sold as a triple adult. The structure was completely full and so they gave me a room with a kitchen that would be communicating with the neighboring one. Being a communicating one, therefore usually sold to a single family with the neighboring room, I heard all night the absurd casino of the neighbors who clearly shouted and any speech they said seemed to be doing it in bed with me. Also not to be underestimated is the toilet bowl seat fixed with scotch tape. I work in tourism, I have traveled half the world, I have also slept in hostels but honestly sleeping in a cot with the possibility of falling on the ground even not. I don't recommend it!

Servizio di prenotazione e assistenza eccellente. Sempre disponibili H24 sia al telefono che tramite whatsapp, metodo che io ho utilizzato. Camere pulitissime e spaziose.Dalla mia si poteva vedere in lontananza il mare. Le camere sono dotate di frigobar, TV con servizio Sky Hotel. Location consigliata per un breve soggiorno a Palermo I stayed for two nights at the Ruggero Suites. Location far beyond the wildest expectations. Location: central, a stone's throw from the main streets of Palermo. Excellent booking and assistance service. Always available H24 both on the phone and via whatsapp, a method that I used. The rooms were spotless and spacious, and from mine you could see the sea in the distance. The rooms are equipped with minibar, TV with Sky Hotel service. Recommended location for a short stay in Palermo

Because we could hear the noise and the conversation from the room beside us. That's not good if you try to sleep at night. They have a beer opener but we don't drink beer, we only drink wine. Maybe is a good idea if they can put a wine opener in the room.
V	Veronique Perret on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and clean renovated room Great breakfast ( at a different property 5minutes away ) Check out is at 10am. Only downside: the noise from your neighbors at 7am… Overall great place for one night, price is perfect
