★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metto due stelle per incoraggiamento,ma in realtà l'hotel è tenuto malissimo. Sporco, i mobili rotti,tappeti polverosi,colazione scarsa e con frutta vecchia,tostapane senza pane da toast.Gentili ma inadeguati alle richieste anche minime dei clienti.Posizione ottima nel centro di Palermo. Se si danno da fare può diventare ottimo.
 I put two stars for encouragement, but in reality the hotel is badly kept. Dirty, broken furniture, dusty rugs, poor breakfast and with old fruit, toaster without toast bread. Friendly but inadequate to even the smallest requests of customers. Excellent location in the center of Palermo. If they get busy, it can be great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non capisco bene le misure 3 stelle date a questo hotel. Io e la mia ragazza ci siamo trovati benissimo. Abbiamo soggiornato in una stanza molto spaziosa, pulita e fresca. La reception aperta 24h/24h ci ha agevolato moltissimo. Che dire, per un hotel a 3 stelle ha superato le mie aspettative
I don't understand the 3-star measurements given to this hotel. My girlfriend and I had a great time. We stayed in a very spacious, clean and fresh room. The reception open 24h / 24h helped us a lot. What can I say, for a 3-star hotel it exceeded my expectations

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited a few months ago and stayed there for four days. Staff is friendly but the rest was simply mediocre especially for the price we paid we obviously expected a better quality and overall service. We booked there because somehow the reviews were quite good to our great misbelieve!
No WiFi we were told it was temporary not functioning and were waiting for the commpany technicians to have it fixed. It seemed to us like it was not provided at all as the owners never mentioned the fact again during our visit. The rooms are old like the entire hotel b'fast was just very basic with the same left over cakes every day. We used to have a good coffee from outside various bars around. What is unacceptable is that the only access to the rooms is by lift so my husband who doesn't use it had to go next door through another building and take the stairs whilst I took the lift and unlocked this joining door for him to pass through. The door from the hotel was connected to the stairs but kept locked from the hotel side as it was joined to the other hotel next door.
I suggest that unless you get a cheap booking for this hotel don't even consider it.
