β β β β β I have contacted Liberty Suites after our first night, as there was a pretty bad odor after old eggs coming from the bathroom and that the beds were terrible uncomfortable. Till that day I havent received any answer from them.
Besides that at the day of our check out the guy has not asked us if everything was alright or if we have enjoyed our time here. He just said that we need to pay the city tax and thats it. For me personally it was not quite what I have expected after I have read all the reviews etc. of that place.
The only good thing about that place - I liked the location of Liberty Suites as it was not at the crowded main street and therefore you could sleep pretty well and with an open window at night. So you didnt have any problems with noise.

β β β β β Great value and extra service eg stored our luggage and gave us a key to use bathroom etc as nobody would be on reception. Spotlessly clean and my hubby enjoyed the breakfast! Great location.

β β β β β Liberty Suites is a very nice and clean accommodation. The rooms are tastefully decorated and it has a family atmosphere. The hosts are young and very friendly. It is very centrally located and there are a few restaurants surrounding. The breakfast is simple but good. I will definitely be back.

β β β β β This hotel has great facilities, and was definitely one of the nicer places we stayed at during our trip throughout all of Italy. It's a bit pricy, but worth the premium if you want to stay somewhere better than a tiny room with a bed and a separate bathroom, like most other hotels in Italy.

Wonderful staff who ensure you have a great stay and help out when needed!

β β β β β I really recommend that place. The room was really clean and spacy, bed was comfy and we had a nice breakfast. Receptionist was the kindest guy I have met on the trip to Italy. Great place!
