 It was a beautiful place for a night in Palermo, the host is lovely she is really at your service and helps you with everything even when you ask a lot thank you again for the welcome

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben sehr viel Geld für das B&B Amaris ausgegeben und wurden wirklich schwer enttäuscht. Vor der Buchung haben wir 2 Mal nachgefragt, ob das Zimmer ruhig ist und ob es keine Baustelle im selben Gebäude gibt. Uns wurde vom B&B Amaris versichert, es gäbe keine Baustelle und das Zimmer sei sehr ruhig. Das waren absolut falsche Angaben! Es gibt seit einiger Zeit im Stockwerk unterhalb des B&B Amaris ein Baustelle, da dort ein neues B&B gebaut wird. Als wir das angesprochen haben, wurden wir sehr unfreundlich abgewiesen und sogar angelogen. Uns wurde gesagt, die Baustelle sei plötzlich vor 2 Tagen begonnen. Dies stimmt nicht, da uns Anwohner des Viertels versichert haben, dass es diese Baustelle schon seit mehreren Wochen gibt. Die Hotelbesitzer kamen uns kein Stück entgegen und zeigten auch ziemlich unfreundlich. Bis Heute haben wir keine Entschädigung erhalten, sondern nur weitere Lügen von Seitens des B&B Amaris. Wir sind wirklich sehr enttäuscht und empfehlen dieses B&B niemanden weiter, da dort jeden Morgen ab 07:00 lauter Baulärm zu hören ist und den gesamten Morgen andauert.
We spent a lot of money on B&B Amaris and were really badly disappointed. Before booking, we asked twice if the room was quiet and if there was no construction site in the same building. We were assured by B&B Amaris that there was no construction site and that the room was very quiet. That was absolutely wrong information! There has been a construction site on the floor below the B&B Amaris for some time, as a new B&B is being built there. When we raised this, we were turned away very unkindly and even lied to. We were told that the construction site suddenly started 2 days ago. This is not true, as residents of the neighborhood have assured us that this construction site has been around for several weeks. The hotel owners didn’t meet us a bit and were also quite unfriendly. Until today we have not received any compensation, only further lies from B&B Amaris. We are really very disappointed and do not recommend this B&B to anyone, as there is loud construction noise from 07:00 every morning and lasts the entire morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: La pulizia della struttura, la finezza dei dettagli della camera e del bagno. La posizione strategica.. Negazione: L' accesso al palazzo con numero di cellulare, preferirei una semplice chiave. Ieri abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema, la modalità di accesso non funzionava. Ho prontamente avvisato la proprietà all'una di notte che mi ha aperto il portone da remoto. Per il resto tutto eccellente e comodo..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posizione perfetta per girare la città anche a piedi.....titolari cordiali è sempre disponibili fino all'ultimo secondo....camera pulita dove non manca niente....che dire??non potevamo scegliere una location migliore di questa....consiglio a tutti!!!!
Perfect location to get around the city on foot ..... friendly owners are always available until the last second .... clean room where nothing is missing .... what to say ?? we could not choose a better location than this .... recommend to everyone !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positiv: Sehr nette und immer hilfsbereite und erreichbare Gastgeberin. Modern eingerichtetes sauberes Zimmer mit großem Balkon. Sehr schönes Badezimmer in dem alles tadellos funktioniert.. Negativ: Wifi war nicht immer gut. Zugang zum Haupt-Haus nur über den Portier oder die Gastgeberin möglich. Die Bewohnerin im Nebenzimmer war sehr geräuschempfindlich obwohl sie doch wissen musste dass die Wohnung gleich neben dem Hafen liegt und wir uns sehr leise verhielten..

Loved the whole environment and Rooms wich are all ways kept clean and impeccable .Fantastic Friendly people allways happy to help with information . A very Happy homely feeling .
Fresh and Yummy breakfast . Very close to the Port to catch Ferries and just as close to Palermo Centre for lovely walks and Shopping.
Looking Forward to another great stay at Amari in the Future ?? loved it 5 ?????Stars
