★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo pernottato una sola notte, ma rimarrà uno dei B & B/Alberghi, più accoglienti, puliti e moderni, l'accoglienza è stata calorosa e attenta ad ogni nostra esigenza, colazione abbondante e vasta.
Ottimo anche il prezzo.
La consiglio a chiunque deve soggiornare a Palermo.
We stayed just one night, but it will remain one of the most welcoming, clean and modern B & B / Hotels, the welcome was warm and attentive to our every need, abundant and vast breakfast.
The price is also excellent.
I recommend it to anyone who has to stay in Palermo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La struttura è in buone condizioni di manutenzione in camere e nelle parti comuni dell'appartamento. Sono presenti tutti i comfort di un albergo a 4 stelle (aria condizionata, frigo bar, televisione a colori, letto ampio e comodo, bagno spazioso). Qualche piccola pecca qui e lì, ma nulla che pregiudichi il buon giudizio complessivo. Personale sollecito e gentile.
The structure is in good maintenance conditions in rooms and in the common parts of the apartment. There are all the comforts of a 4-star hotel (air conditioning, mini bar, color television, large and comfortable bed, spacious bathroom). Some small flaws here and there, but nothing that affects the overall good judgment. Caring and kind staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ B&B veramente eccellente per pulizia,confort ( aria condizionata, frigo bar, tv schermo piatto a colori,wf, bagno accessoriato con set cortesia, colazione abbondante (cornetti di pasticceria caldi), camera ampia arredata con grande gusto in tutti i particolari e vista superlativa sul porto, ma la grande forza è Miriam che ci ha ospitato veramente come una nostra cara amica, ci ha supportato a distanza quando al telefono da Genova le chiedevamo il suo aiuto perchè ci era stato spostato l'arrivo della nave e non sapevamo quando e se saremmo arrivati a Palermo . Lei ci ha riservato la stanza ed ha atteso il nostro arrivo assolutamente "fuori orario" . Da non sottacere la posizione di fronde al molo Santa Lucia e a 2 passi dal centro storico ed alla fermata del bus per Trapani.
B & B really excellent for cleanliness, comfort (air conditioning, mini bar, color flat screen TV, wf, bathroom equipped with courtesy set, abundant breakfast (hot pastry croissants), large room furnished with great taste in all details and superlative view on the port, but the great strength is Miriam who really hosted us as a dear friend of ours, she supported us from a distance when we asked her for help on the phone from Genoa because the arrival of the ship had been moved to us and we did not know when if we would have arrived in Palermo. She reserved the room for us and waited for our arrival absolutely "out of hours." Not to mention the position of fronds at the Santa Lucia pier and 2 steps from the historic center and the bus stop for Trapani.

Pleasant stay. Friendly environment. One more reason to love Palermo and come back. Clean and cozy room. A stone's throw from the port ... I recommend 100%

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is, if such a thing is possible, a sheep in wolf’s clothing. I’m sure almost every first time visitor looks at the doors to what looks like a factory complex and thinks they might have made a mistake.
Luckily they haven’t. Somehow, in the middle of this industrial building there has been fashioned a beautiful little boutique hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathrooms are lovely and the view of the port is an added bonus.
The breakfast is a fine continental with devastatingly fresh pastries. Lovely coffee and fruit juice. Overall a total delight and within walking distance of the centre of this great city.
My only slight criticism would be the hot water arrangements. On arrival I had a lovely warm shower but the next three attempts were less successful. Luckily though the weather was hot so a cooling shower was actually very good.
Would highly recommend this little gem
