Siamo stati in questo hotel a pochi passi dal centro di Palermo ..camere abbastanza belle Pulizia discreta . Ve lo consiglio se dovete passare pochi gg in città ..

Posizione ottima a due passi dal centro e dal cuore di Palermo. Un bel appartamento nuovo, spazioso e grande!!! Pulizia top e il proprietario è molto gentile. L'unico e grande problema è il parcheggio. Il proprietario consiglia il parcheggio al porto al costo di 15 euro al giorno ma la sera dopo le 21 chiude. Lo consiglio!!!

appena arrivati ci hanno comunicato che c'era un problema con l'acqua, nel pomeriggio il problema è diventato permanete, non si poteva averla acqua calda per un guasto dovuto da loro , tra l'altro temperature tra i 8 e 10 gradi, ha piovuto sempre quindi impossibile lavarsi con acqua fredda. portone con chiave elettronica che non funzionava mai per entrare dovevamo telefonare alla reception… beh che dire, per fortuna erano solo 2 giorni ma è stato un incubo tra l'altro ci avevano detto che avrebbero provveduto a un rimborso ma tornato a Roma si sono defilati dicendo che mi hanno fatto lo sconto perché sono andato con un'altra persona ma la camera era una matrimoniale e mi potevo portare chi volevo, avevo pagato per due. comunque lo sconsiglio perché credo che il problema all'acqua ci fosse da un bel po e non ci hanno avvertito, avremmo volentieri soggiornato in un altra struttura. poca serietà e professionalità. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO

Spotless room, modern, clean and cozy, we couldn't expect anything better than this. Highly reccomended, also considering the proximity to the center of the city and all its beauties. Five stars hands down.

Great place near the port . The old town is further out than we expected but ok if you like a walk . The apartment has everything you need , IKEA style . Staff are friendly and very accommodating .

We arrived at the hotel late around 10 pm and we had to check in by ourselves through the code numbers sent by the host. Everything was fine until the host called us later on when we were out to have late dinner to scold us that we didn't close the elevator door behind us. It is my mistake for closing only the inside part of the elevator door, not outside, but I cannot forget the frustrated and annoyed voice coming through the phone and I felt very discomfortable knowing that it wasn't my mom but the host who scolded us so badly about not closing the elevator door. (Coming from Asia, I am not familiar with manual-style elevators.) Room condition is ok but the neighborhood which it is located at is not so decent. Unidentified bugs that look like cockroches crawling around the road. We made a reservation without breakfast but the charges on the check out day included breakfast so we needed to clarify that too. I wouldn't stay here again if I visit Palermo in the future.

The apartment was decent and new but not as shown on the pictures online. No coziness like we were hoping from the pictures. The apartment was clean enough in most areas but the bathroom was dirty (hair in the shower, see more below) and the outdoor area was extremely dirty. The response to my wife’s review below is disappointing and not honest at all. We got the “deluxe apartment” we booked and did not get upgraded as is claimed in the response. The apparent excrement on the outdoor area couldn’t have been from our dogs as they were not even outside and they didn’t even set foot in the bathroom so there is no way dog hair could have been in the shower. I had to clean the shower drain before taking the first shower (at night, so no maid available) and found long blond hair was blocking the drain. When we moved into the apartment the sink was already dirty and there were empty toiletries on top of the tropical shower head from previous guests which clearly shows cleaning wasn’t taken too serious. And the claiming there was dog hair everywhere is absolutely ridiculous as we even swept the floor before leaving and the dogs were groomed before the hotel stay and brought their own beds. It’s just easy to blame us as we brought dogs which were announced as a big and a medium sized dog which they are by their weight. And yes, we did not ask for a change of bed sheets and towels on a two night stay as we are eager to save resources on order to protect the environment. It’s truly disappointing that a hotel responds with dishonesty to a honest review but this tells a lot, too... We wouldn’t recommend.

The apartment was decent and not bad, but not at all what was shown online as the apartments. If you take away all the loving and charming details from the advertising images and add some used looks and especially outdoors a whole heap of dirt you get the real impression. The apartment was reasonably clean, but not spotless - especially the bathroom. The promised “city views” didn’t exist at all, we had no view, apart from the tiny bathroom window which let us guess that Palermo is out there. The outdoor area was certainly as big as shown but dirty and unwelcoming. Check in was made easy and Daniele was very helpful when he welcomed us. Parking is available nearby at the harbour though not arranged through the hotel as stated in the ad. Breakfast is arranged by the hotel at a cafe around the corner where the staff isn’t really friendly and breakfast is nothing special. Overall our stay was ok, but Palermo In Suite Aparthotel did not live up to the expectations it set online at all, we were definitely disappointed and for the price the apartments are sold at, we would not recommend it to other travellers.
