★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Camere nuove e pulite, il ragazzo che gestisce disponibilissimo e gentile. Abbiamo soggiornato altre volte a Palermo ma questa struttura è stata la migliore. Scendi dalla camera e a 50 metri sei già in centro davanti il Teatro Massimo. Consigliato. Prezzo buono.
New and clean rooms, the guy who runs extremely helpful and kind. We have stayed other times in Palermo but this structure was the best. Get out of the room and at 50 meters you are already in the center in front of the Teatro Massimo. Recommended. Good price.

Optimal location in the historic center for visiting the city. Large and clean rooms, good breakfast even with typical sweets. Giuseppe and his mother Patrizia, helpful and kind people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cosa è piaciuto · Soggiorno assolutamente perfetto. Struttura super nuova, pulita, accogliente, in posizione fantastica, con parcheggi a pagamento [strisce blu] nelle immediate vicinanze. I proprietari, Giuseppe e Patrizia, sono persone squisite, gentili, alla mano, disponibili, educati..insomma che dire? Tutto IMPECCABILE. Potessimo dare "11" lo daremmo! :)
Consigliatissimo; sarà la nostra meta di sicuro per futuri soggiorni a Palermo e dintorni.

What they liked · Absolutely perfect stay. Super new facility, clean, welcoming, in a fantastic location, with paid parking [blue lines] in the immediate vicinity. The owners, Giuseppe and Patrizia, are exquisite, kind, easy-going, helpful, polite people… in short, what can I say? Everything IMPECCABLE. If we could give "11" we would give it! :)
Highly recommended; will be our destination for sure for future stays in Palermo and surroundings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War eine sehr schöne Unterkunft für einen Kurztrip in Palermo. Die Unterkunft ist direkt in einer belebten Gasse, wo es sehr viele Restaurants gibt. Der einzige Nachteil an den Zimmern ist, dass es abends und morgens relativ laut ist. Aber es war alles sauber und man hatte sein eigenes Badezimmer im Zimmer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cozy bed and breakfast, nice room with a perfect location in a small but very cozy alley right in the centre of Palermo. Breakfast was the best we had so far in Sicily. And the terrace where you eat it is also cute! Giuseppe is a very friendly host! Would definitely come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving a low score for this accommodation as it was almost impossible to sleep there. The place is just next to one of the main squares of Palermo and on top of a bar that is blasting music so loud that the walls were literally shaking. The windows don't have any insulation so you can hear absolutely everything. When we mentioned this to the manager he said that he was surprised because no one had complained about this before... It wasn't true though as later on we found similar complaints online. The place itself is nice but if you want to get any sleep I'd recommend you to look elsewhere.
