If there had been more stars I would have gone to infinity. At the beginning, when they opened at the Mall, I honestly didn't trust, in the sense that, being a chain of stores anyway, I thought they were not qualified and, therefore, I kept going to the classic optical shop. But, day after day, I saw that first of all they always had many glasses from the latest arrivals of the big Maison and that, even if I went in to ask for information without buying, they were always kind and truly available. One day I saw a fantastic eyewear from Miu Miu Cat Eye (I still remember it was with a pink frame) and I fell in love with it ... so I entered for the first time decided and bought both the glasses and the lenses. I could not believe it!! In addition to their simplicity in dealing with the client, I found a highly qualified professionalism, who understood the problems of my vision, apart from the prescription from the ophthalmologist, and I really noticed that their lenses, compared to the shop I went to, were really ahead. So I started going to INV Gavinana also shortly after (now I practically buy glasses every month and a half ...), he is an optician always ahead who wears ever new lenses according to the research, now for example I have opted for prescription lenses which are a magnificence ... All the staff, Alberto, Alessandro, Virginia, Sara etc ... are always attentive to your eyes, they advise you, they try to find the best lenses for your eye problems (for me, for example, the ophthalmologist had not prescribed astigmatism - he had just forgotten about it, so I told them and they checked me as if I had been to the ophthalmologist (free) to see if I was actually suffering from it, actually finding that the lenses had to be also for astigmatism. Glasses in Vista is not just a classic and simple shop, I would call it more a Center of High Specialization, always at the forefront especially for the various types of lenses that are always improved by research. I am very proud to be one of their customers, because in addition to the sale etc ..., they are truly professional and simple at the same time, they help you in everything, if the next day you change your mind on the glasses, they come to meet you proposing the purchase in installments monthly without interest, neither Tag, nor Taeg, so you don't feel the burden of having to pay everything together. From them you can find all kinds of glasses, from the Fashion model to the simple model, in short .... I highly recommend it, but more. Surprising professionalism and courtesy. This morning this shop surprised me again ... my glasses broke abnormally and, thanks to their determination and stubbornness in wanting to satisfy the customer, they returned a new pair to me under warranty.

So where do I start? The first time I bought my glasses at INV Gavinana was in 2018 when I was a student in Florence and I went to the mall to go to the supermarket. I am Mexican and while I was in Florence I felt the need to buy glasses because the ones I was wearing had broken, at first I was not sure if they could help me since in the United States where I was also studying it is not so easy to buy glasses from anywhere . To my pleasant surprise, the service was so good that I was happy with my glasses. Now, once again in Mexico, I couldn't find a place with the quality and variety of glasses like the ones I bought in Florence, so I contacted the optician and thank God they were able to help me. The whole team that works at the Gavinana INV is excellent, but above all I have to thank the enormous kindness of Alberto, who devoted himself body and soul to responding to my messages remotely and personally took care of helping me with international shipments. I don't know about you but this kind of kindness is not very common nowadays.
