I've been trying to contact them on the phone for two months ... useless. The only thing that comforts me is that I am not their client. I have paid a check that has never been credited to me and I can't get it back. Absurd

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In effetti avere un centralino con una decina di linee e non rispondere al telefono non può avere giustificazioni... A prescindere dalle singole professionalità é un problema che dura da molto e nel 2020 non é accettabile dover andare di persona per avere una risposta!?

Per fortuna, il personale all'interno è molto cortese e disponibile.
If there are people at the ATM it is not possible to enter the branch ... but does it seem normal? Also no one answers the phone ...
Thankfully, the staff inside are very courteous and helpful.
